We even had a detailed itinerary for every single day including time to lounge by the pool and hike. They also created detailed maps we downloaded on our phones to find the things we needed and things we didn't know we needed :) We weren't sure where to vacation this year and they even provided incredible location ideas. We didn't know exactly when except September or October. Mike's response was, "THIS year?" He walked us through deciding on a date, and started work. I know this is a busy time for him; but within a few days, he had gotten us hotel reservations and air fare from both San Antonio and Sacramento. We requested either private or very small tours, although I wasn't sure such options exited. As with everything else, within a couple of days, he had a variety of tours that fit our criteria. He was wonderful about trying to divide the prices of the tours so that each couple paid about half. So... it's now early July and we are set for the end of September! THANK YOU, Mike. I had to go from Myrtle beach, up to DC, back down to Miami, then to Quito Ecuador. Ellen gave me 57 minutes to get through TSA, immigration, and finally find my gate in Miami . I knew this would extremely difficult. I called Ellen to get this changed within 20 hrs, I was told they do not have the "free cancellation within 23 hrs" offered by most online flight scheduling websites. I was also told by Ellen " child, you should have thought about that before you booked." My return flight was almost a bad with an extra unnecessary connection in Charlotte to get back to Myrtle. Lesson learned. This is why Travel agents are dying occupation.
