I have been to Dinamix regularly, mainly for a haircut, hair dye, and eyebrow wax. Though I usually have a good experience, from service to product, they once charged me the high price for a cut n' dry when I had specifically asked for the junior stylist price. The last time I had my eyebrows waxed, the lady burnt my skin near the left eye, with a massive scar going down. it hurt a lot for days, and instead of having the decency to at the very least reimburse me for a waxing treatment gone horribly wrong, they instead refused to let me speak with the owner (the manager pretended to be the owner over the phone), and the most they did was to shrug it off with a sorry, it does happen sometimes. so i would be very wary of ever having any waxing treatments there, and if you want a lower end price for your hair cut or any treatment, make sure to spell it out not just on the phone but also when you go in before the treatment begins. read more

Went to Dinamix before my holiday to have my hair coloured and cut and saw they had a special offer of 50% off beauty so thought id treat myself to a facial and pedicure, it was very relaxing and made me feel amazing after. My hair looked fab, was the best its been in a long time. The stylist knew what she was talking about with reguards to the colour and cut. Normally when i have my hair done i have to go home and redo it myself but this time i didnt. it was exactly how i wanted it and felt soft and looked fab after. The junior recommended a conditioning treatment as i had my hair coloured and felt a bit dry and also helped me with products that i could use to help condition and look after my hair. Worth the money i spent, which wasnt too expensive compared to most and the standards were just as high. read more

Have been visiting Dinamix for many years now (and now travel from Brighton to do so) and although the staff change and move on, the service and professionalism remains the same. I'm always made to feel uber welcome by all the staff, not just the ones dealing with me. I have somewhat problem hair and alot of stylists in the past haven't listened to what I know my hair needs and presume they know best ending in unsatisfactory results. This doesn't happen with Dinamix, hence I keep going back. Another plus for me is the chatty, friendly atmosphere I think that going to get your hair 'done' is about the whole experience, a bit of time away from everything to have a bit of 'me' time and this salon never fails to deliver on this. read more

Found the staff to be very friendly. The girl who cut my hair took time to hear exactly what I was looking for. I thought it was a great idea having fresh scissors and combs for each new customer. Atmosphere in salon was good and I felt relaxed and well looked after. read more
