**ANASTASIA LARIOS/JRMGT: TOTAL FAIL** If you want a young…read morelawyer that's stuck in the Stone Age, OMG, she's it! Here's the tea on this young-looking dinosaur. WordPerfect? More Like WordFail! She still uses WordPerfect. LOL, who even uses that anymore? Tried to copy-paste from my legal docs? Nope! Had to type everything out myself or pay her to do it. ‍ I mean, seriously, upgrade to Word already. Bet JRMGT keeps it to rack up them billable hours! **No Table of Contents, No Chill** Got a huge legal agreement? Don't expect a table of contents from her. IKR? My big, fat agreement came with nada. So every time I needed to find something, it was a total nightmare!! If she just used Word, making a table of contents would take like 60 seconds. But where's the $$ in that, amirite? **Billing Like It's 1999** & JRMGT's billing is straight-up ancient. Used them for Family Court AND Supreme Court, but couldn't tell which charge was for which case. Now that I've fired her & JRMGT, proving my legal fees is gonna be a hot mess. Maybe that was the point? More moola for JRMGT? **Judge Had to School her on a Simple Carve-Out** Picture this: a judge had to teach her how to write a simple carve-out in my separation agreement. The judge used terms like "black letter law", "procedurally defective", and "well-settled," which was code for "you're clueless an should know better." Good thing we have the internet now, so we can warn each other. **My Tip to You: Separate Retainer, Separate Firm** Want a good attorney? Follow this rule: Separate Retainer, Separate Law Firm. Do this, and the better firm will rise to the top. Easy peasy. **Nice Staff, Too Bad About her** It's a bummer she was so bad because JRMGT's support staff was actually really nice, and their location is super convenient. But that's not enough to save them from the fail an a supreme court judge's finger-wavin order.

I'm with the other guy who posted. I am also going to file a complaint to the bar association. 1.5…read moreyears in and nothing. Let me put it this way.....my case meant so little to her that 1.5 years and maybe 9k later there were no motions made for child support and temporary maintenance. No motions to vacate. No request for judicial intervention. No resolution. A few 4 way meetings that didn't accomplish much. No communication unless I INITIATED it and when I did it was basically no progress and "what would you like me to do? I will call the opposing attorney?" She wasn't an advocate for me or my kids. She's all talk and very little action and I let her go as my council. 6 months later after I fired her I meant so little to her that she sends an email saying it's been awhile and can we speak. I was like huh? So I said sure. We speak and she doesn't even remember me. Doesn't remember I fired her. She still thinks she's representing me. I ask if she remembers that I let her go and sought other council and she goes silent like an uh oh. Then she says the office has had computer issues and my status wasn't updated in her system so she will update it. So let me gwt this straight.....she is so out of touch with her clients that she can only remember a client if her computer tells her?? Holy moly. I've been in am abusive marriage and I finally mustered up the courage to get divorced for my mental and physical well being and these lawyers don't care. Don't want to hear it. They just want to clean you out so even if you survive the marriage you. Ant survive the divorce. People like Tartaglia enable abusers and don't care about their clients. That attention to detail you'd think lawyer have.....is made for tv. The system is corrupt. I've been abused by my husband and that abuse continued with this attorney and the realization I meant so little is so discouraging. My last conversation with her she actually told me she neber filed for a RJI because I told her it wasn't what I wanted. Was that a complete outright lie? Or she just talked out if her butt as usual. I ha e multiple emails begging for her to represent me. Asking why a judge hasn't been assigned. Asked why motions weren't made. Gave her an out and said if she was too busy then maybe I an go elsewhere because she wasn't representing me. She insisted she was but 1.5 years and nothing. I'm still getting billed btw. So how is it the computers work fine enough to Bill me? I called up the office to argue the amount and the person in charge never called me back. I requested multiple times my overall itemized bills and totals to date because idk how I paid 9k for barely any work....I even came into her office with my Financials done and a stipulation, what i was asking for and everything outlined. This needs to go to an ethics review board and im researching on how to complain. Not only should she not be billing me....I should get a damn refund if at least half if what I paid. I have every email. I recorded every phone call. Even the one from the other day. Smh. Say no to Tartaglia. I went to Simonetti and Associates and they are just as bad. Is there any good lawyers that care about families, spousal abuse and don't treat a client as a cash cow?

I have nothing but good things to say about Daniel Flanzig…read more Like 5 stars just isn't enough for this man. Seriously. Having a bike accident really, really shakes you. Aside from the shock, injuries, etc. it's totally stressful and strenuous to even attempt to handle all the paperwork that comes flooding in (and the crazy language used on it). Mr. Flanzig and his office generously made the whole ordeal much easier to deal with and I am forever thankful.

If you've been involved in a bicycle accident... you should contact this firm…read more Last November, a car went through a red light and hit me, knocking me across the street in an intersection. I was so disoriented at the time and had no idea what to do. Thankfully, the police were already on the scene so they prepared a police report. I went to the hospital and found out that I had fractured my shoulderblade but was otherwise ok. The next day, I had to figure out what I needed to do. Do I need to file a no fault claim? Do I need a lawyer? Do I need to do anything else? I was definitely nervous. I did some quick internet research and found Flanzig & Flanzig, noting that they handled bicycle accidents. After a fairly short conversation with Cathy Flanzig, I retained this firm to handle my case. As a side note, they handled all the no-fault filings for me as well. My experience with this firm was terrific. I dealt with Cathy Flanzig and the firm's office staff. Cathy Flanzig is very knowledgeable and accessible and she responded to my requests for information promptly. Honestly, the turn-around time was really amazing. Finally, I'm very happy with how my case turned out. I can't recommend this firm enough.

I was referred to Jennifer by a friend in a similar situation who often sung her praises. I decided to schedule my consultation and send Jennifer my case details. I arrived same day to my consultation and Jennifer was already prepared and aware of the details of my case. I never felt more confident or secure especially being in such a tough situation. She began by managing my expectations and being completely transparent with the process and possible outcomes. Now several months into Jennifer representing me, there is a light at the end of the tunnel in my favor and I can not thank her enough for saving me and my little boy. She really supported us tremendously during the legal process and stood by our side even when I was being a pain! She was always extremely responsive, honest, and looked out for the best interest of my son and I. I will sing her praises and be her cheer leader for the rest of my life. Thank you Jennifer Garber and the team at Capetola & Divins P.C.
