While the nurse practitioner that I saw a few times there was nice enough, I never actually met the doctor that I was assigned to (Dr. Vukotic). She never bothered to introduce herself on any of my visits. I wanted this to be my primary care office but they simply do not care. I was experiencing pain and reached out various times about it. I had to push to get scans done to find out what was going on. Despite more than one alarming result from the scans, I NEVER heard back from the doctor or the office at all. It has been nearly a year since I had the scans they ordered (only because I advocated for myself and they wanted to shut me up). NOBODY reached out to me to discuss the results or to even follow up on how I was feeling. I was left to Google explanations of these results because nobody bothered to reach out. I was worried about some of the findings, which seemed serious, so I sought out a different doctor and office. They acted quickly to address my concerns and referred me to other specialists. I ended up having surgery. The only communication I had received from North Roswell Internal Medicine since my scans was a handful of promotional emails about something they were selling. That is, until today when I received an automated email reminder that I was "overdue" for my annual wellness visit. I am not overdue for anything, but they are overdue in noticing that I exist and had medical needs they completely neglected. They did the same thing with my husband. He also had something come up that they received results for but they have not reached out to him either. He and I and our adult son all changed doctor's offices because these people are a joke and don't care about their patients at all. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this practice and wish I had an option to rate them negatively because that is what they deserve. Good luck if you decide to put your health in these people's hands.

Called back today and was told right off they don't take market place insurance (Obamacare.) I don't have that kind of insurance. Even after telling the girl that answered the phone what kind of insurance I had she had to place me on hold several times to talk with the office manager. She came back on the line and told me they don't accept my insurance. So I called my provider. Sure enough this office is in my network. So my provider called them and conferenced me in after explaining to the new person that answered the phone that they did accept my insurance. Then they tried to say that the Dr. Goodman wasn't accepting new patients. That was a lie because a) He was the doctor at the event trying to get new business and b) the first girl I spoke to said he was booked until the middle of October but he was available after that.

Dr. Munshi and her team is beyond caring, honest and warm. Simply the best!…read more I came to North Fulton Pediatrics after having a disgustingly terrible experience with East Cobb Pediatrics (check out my review there if you're so inclined). I was dejected and frankly skeptical of finding a practice for my daughter that I'd be comfortable with given my prior dealings with ECP. Dr. Munshi took her time to go over everything regarding my infant, the charts, any questions we had and what to expect between now and the next visit. Her bedside manner is bar none! It was so refreshing to be treated like a human being instead of an annoying pest. All the nurses we have dealt with are also very caring and take their time. There is no rushing you in and out to get as many patients to be seen as possible. I haven't yet tried using the portal as I had issues with ECP doing so but I asked Dr. Munshi if she ever replied thru it. I appreciated her honest answer: that she rarely did and if it was a real concern I should call in to talk to someone, but that if I did write into the portal, a nurse or someone from the practice would absolutely get back to me. Honesty is everything and I loved that open transparency. Overall I love this practice for my daughter and would recommend anyone to go there even if it's a little further distance away than you'd like (it is for me) just to ensure peace of mind that your child will be taken care of the way you would like them to be taken care of vs. being a virtual dollar sign (*coughEastCobbPediatricscoughcough*)

The practice feels heavily politically biased, which is inappropriate for a pediatric setting…read more Families should not be exposed to political agendas through staff attire or office décor, or various stickers on laptops when seeking healthcare for their children. In addition, there is a strong, one-sided approach to vaccines that leaves little room for parental discussion or TRUE informed consent. Parents should not feel pressured or have their rights minimized when making medical decisions for their children. A pediatrician's office should be neutral, respectful, and focused on collaborative care--not political ideology or coercive medical practices. I would strongly encourage new parents and/or current "clients" to go elsewhere.
