We did the champagne tasting, so we each got a total of 4 glasses of champagne. I loved 3 of the 4 -- the rose that came with dessert was not for me...but I'm not a fan of rose generally, so this was to be expected. FOOD. OK. Bread was obviously perfect to start. For appetizers, I got the Oysters Saint Vaast Gratin with a champagne cream sauce -- delicious, not fishy, very filling. My husband got the Baked Eggs with Chaource Cheese Cream and I think we both almost cried with tears of delicious, delicious joy.
