The Kitchen was ordered before we even exchanged contracts to ensure the Company had plenty of time to make and order relevant parts. The kitchen could not be started on the first day of installation due to a fitting issue as the Company had not come out and measured themselves for the cupboard sizes and even though our overall kitchen measurement was correct for some reason the kitchen wouldn't fit so had to be redesigned. This was the start of a very stressful week. As the kitchen started to take shape it became apparent that the cupboards where too big for the doors, hence, as the cupboards where made of wood and the kitchen doors and trim gloss grey all you could see was a wood surround that looked horrendous. Also, the fillers where not fitted flush with the kitchen so I had to inform them to change the fillers to make flush. To resolve the issue of the wood that could be seen a trim was fitted Andy came on the Sunday to start to fit and was supposed to return the following week. However, instead an Office worker was sent who had never fitted trim before so it is now all coming off. Handles came in different shapes and sizes from B&Q - not what you would expect for a custom built kitchen. There is no quality control so you have to check everything yourself. I wouldn't mind if we at the end had a fully functional kitchen but we have been left without a cupboard door, no shelves so cupboard space is seriously lacking, bridging units without brackets and drawers without stabilising brackets. The quality and customer service is shockingly poor and so far I have heard nothing from Crosbys about my missing items or when I can expect to have shelves in the kitchen cupboards. My overall feeling is that the kitchen will not last very long. I would recommend that you seriously consider avoiding this company at all costs.
