This is the best place in town for comprehensive care. Dr. Tammy is super knowledgeable and thorough. My Uncle had chronic sciatica and pirafomis issues. He legit drives from Lake Tahoe to be treated. I think that speaks volumes on the competence level of their acumen. read more

Would NOT recommend! Waited a LONG time to be seen, and actually ended up waiting outside due to the overpowering wall plug-ins that were bringing on a headache. Once I got to the exam room, they have you watch a 5 minute video from 1992 about chiropractic care. Not terrible, but the doctor could have explained it. (As someone who has gone to multiple chiropractors over the years, this felt unnecessary and a waste of time that could have been spent being examined.) THEN the chiropractor comes in (or maybe I should refer to her as a massage therapist?) she doesn't introduce herself, just comes in and starts rambling about the most random, unrelated topics, and then lectures me on her "method". Throughout the appointment she repeatedly used foul language which was very off-putting. THEY DO NOT PERFORM MANUAL ADJUSTMENT at this office. I do not think that was very clear until I got there and actually spoke to the dr. She said "I could TRY to adjust you manually but I'm not sure how that would go." At this point I was feeling uncomfortable but not sure if I wanted to walk out of the appointment. The rest of the appointment and "adjustment" the doctor went ON AND ON about how chiropractors are the WORST, they are destroying the human body, they don't have any idea what they are doing and only SHE knows how to really adjust people because she was a massage therapist for 30 years. Literally 30 minutes of her calling chiropractors S.O.B.s and other insults. It was very uncomfortable and I was ready to leave. I was relieved when the appointment was over so I could get out of there. Again she offered to "give it a try" and adjust my neck but I declined. They quoted me $95 for a new patient appointment, but without any discussion, only charged me $50. I always read reviews on places like this before I go, so I was surprised to see so many positive reviews and then to have an experience like this. Disappointed, but at least I saved $45 in the end. read more

These people know what they are doing for sure....my husband's back was messed up for years he couldn't walk upright due to working heavy construction for 30 yrs.....he is virtually pain-free now......appreciate this place read more

Dr Kristen is wonderful! I love the care I've received here over the last few years!!!!

Best chiropractic office in the valley!!!! Dr Kristen is absolutely wonderful! The office staff is equally as great!

Best place in town! I have been going here for 7 years, I had knee issues from volleyball when I was a sophomore in high school. Hip issues when I was a collegiate thrower. Throughout high school and my college career they always gave me tips to help my body and honestly I would be in bad shape if it wasn't for them. All of the ladies who work there go above and beyond for all of their customers and they are real, if you have questions or just need an honest opinion they tell it like it is. During my pregnancy they helped keep my body where it needed to be and less uncomfortable. My daughter (Now 3 months) had colic and I take her in for adjustments and she has never been better, they walk you through every step to put your mind at ease. You can't ask for a better business here in the Central Valley! read more

When my doctor recommended deep tissue massage for my injured leg, I knew exactly who I should go see. I have been a customer of both doctors here since 2010 and knew that I would get the best care and help for my injury from them. I've been injured for a year and only after THIS treatment regiment has any progress been made towards me getting better. I recommend them, highly, for their chiropractic methods and the deep tissue massage options. I recommend them to all my family and friends. We even had my grandmother treated after she fell to help her get back to sitting and walking without pain. Thank you, to the whole office, for being friendly, professional and helpful in so may ways. read more

You must try these chiropractors out If you have any pain at all. I had neck pain, due to being rear-ended by a person, and nothing was helping. I tried pain medication, other chiropractors, physical therapy...nothing helped at all. I went to Dimensions because I was interested in how the use of an activator would work. There is no cracking, popping, or other scary stuff that most chiropractors do. These two Chiropractors know what they are doing, and I was pain-free after the first visit. If you truly want to be healed, go see Kristen and Tammy. They will fix you up and change your life into one free of pain, or at least less pain. I am a true believer! As a bonus, they both also do amazingly wonderful massages too. Call them today... you can thank me later. ;) read more

I wish I could give less than zero stars. My appointment started with the doctor coming in late and agitated. She informed me she had been dealing with another client who had filed a complaint against her office because the orthopedics she provides and the insurance coverage they had. She gave me details of their insurance coverage (not my business to know!) and said they weren't coming back and "that's fine because their whole family is a pain in my ass and I wanted them gone anyway." WOW. Moving on, she seemed more interested in bragging about her experience and techniques and badmouthing all other chiropractors than she did getting to know me and my concerns. We finally got to the adjustment which was ineffective because she uses a small tool that gently thumped on me. I told her the tool was interesting and that my step father who is a chiropractor had never told me those existed. She went on to say that doctors who don't use this device are "stupid a$$holes." SERIOUSLY?? At this point I knew I wouldn't come back so I just smiled and let her talk and talk and talk and finally I left after OVER TWO HOURS. Needless to say I called my insurance through the VA and the VA is going to file my complaint and stop sending her referrals. I've never had a doctor use every swear word in the book in one appointment. I've never had a doctor talk to much trash about their clients and other doctors. She's an insufferable know-it-all. read more

A year ago after not being able to get ahold of my chiropractor for some time, I came to Yelp and just decided I was going to land on one with my finger and give them a call. What a stroke of luck! After 25+ years of traditional chiropractic care, I was introduced to the Activator Method. What a difference it makes. The staff is very friendly and professional and they always seem to find a way to squeeze me in when I need an adjustment the most. Fan for life! read more

I am totally impressed! I had no other experience with Chiropractic but growing up my immediate family used Chiropractors. As a last resort, I took my daughter here for a sports injury, unsure they could do anything for her. Well we are all believers now! Amazing stuff! Knowledgeable & helpful staff too! read more

Major miscommunication. Made appt 3 weeks out, gave insurance information over the phone to insure i was covered before making the appt (lived over an hour away) was assured coverage was good and only needed to provide the deductible. Showed up and suddenly turned down citing they did not accept my insurance. Wasted 2 1/2 Hours of driving & a day off work. That was the whole reason I gave my insurance in the first place to ensure coverage, and that there be no hiccups. They fumbled the ball and I paid for it. Doctors are probably great... but now I take my business elsewhere. read more
