I wish I could give ZERO stars to Jack Zaborowski & his agency…read more Let me start by saying that I rarely write negative reviews nor am I bitter about loosing the property my family recently bid on. Loosing out on a property happens all the time and I get it. It's more about how I lost this property . . . Here's the deal; Jack Zaborowski was the selling agent for a property in SIC NJ and during the process, he imposed a "best and final bid deadline". Upon receiving and reviewing all bids, Jack sent us a text (and email) notifying us (in writing) that his clients had verbally accepted our offer and he congratulated us. My family was so excited before hearing from Jack (3 days later), that his clients decided to accept a different bid. This is where my frustration comes in . . . b/c my bid was obviously the highest (it was verbally accepted & confirmed in writing). A few days go by and all of a sudden there's a new (higher) bid that was received and accepted. Why would Jack allow a new bid to enter the mix 5 days after his own imposed "best and final deadline"? I'll tell you why; because in my opinion, Jack is dishonest, has no moral compass and he lacks integrity & ethics. Jack could have handle this situation in a more professional manner & he knows the many ways (for example, he could have declined our offer during or after the 3 day lawyer review period). Bottom line, be careful if you are looking to purchase a property and Jack is the selling agent . . . you may not get all the facts.

When we had problems with our water main five days before we settled, we called her for help. Her famous last words were "Don't worry about it. I'll take care of it."
