I called ahead of time to get a quote for the tire change and balance. When I went to check out I was charged more than was quoted due to not adding the price of the valve stem to the quoted price. I brought this up and Rory corrected the price to what I was originally quoted. I appreciate that! I was very impressed when I saw William using a torch wrench to tighten down the Lugnuts on the tire. I was going to ask him to do this but didn't have to . This is the correct way to put on a tire. Most auto facilities use an air compressed impact wrench that can cause warped rotors due to using to much force. A job well done you guys thanks!

Visiting the area and found this place on Yelp. The parking lot was empty but there was a sign up…read morethat advertised food with the name. I saw an open sign after I parked. I walked in and it looked like a very small grocery store. There was a counter with a hot bar and containers of possibly some food. I couldn't really tell what was in the containers but it wasn't very appealing. There were no tables and chairs. There was a woman standing further back from the counter doing some sort of prep at another counter. I just stood around for a few minutes trying to figure out what's going on. Finally, the woman walked over to me and asked something like what do you want? I replied that I had found this place on Yelp as a restaurant and asked if they served food because I hoped to get some from net to go. She said no. That was it. She walked off back to the counter where she had been standing. It was a really weird experience. Obviously, I left. I sat in the parking lot to look up the Yelp page again. I saw the reviews are older, so thought maybe the place had changed, but the sign still says the same name and has photos of the dishes they supposedly serve. Apparently, not to me. Maybe she didn't like the way I looked but it was one of the weirdest and rudest experiences I've had in a long time. I think the food would have been bad from sitting under a heat lamp for so long anyway. I'm probably fortunate I didn't eat from here. As I was leaving after finding somewhere else to go, a man drove up in a truck, parked, and walked in. I didn't wait around to see if he came out with anything. Bucklin has all this and more; the Main Street Market holds up its end of the bargain, and then some. With 20-30 miles to go for a gallon of milk, this store fills the gap nicely. Lots of groceries for a small town and located conveniently on Main Street and Center. There is a great soda fountain and ice cream treats counter in the back, much like Bucklin has had for most of its hundred+ years of existence. The cute young man (AC I believe) is so sweet and friendly, and even helps with the groceries to your car (and I bet I could get him to bring them home for me if I lived there!). A wonderful treasure in a gem of a town.
