Visiting rural…read morecemeteries is a normal pursuit for me, but this particular cemetery is situated in a secluded area on private land. Fortunately, in Tennessee, there are no restrictions on visiting ancestral cemeteries located on private property. Generally, as a rule of thumb, I do try and get permission. When coming to Moore Cemetery, don't bring a low vehicle. It is much better to bring a jeep, truck, or SUV with a 4-wheel drive, especially since this is really out in the elements with mud and gravel.
