Since then I have successfully rented out the room and got my return on investment and continue to do so. I liked how he was able to do all of the "discovery" or information gathering via phone and via email so we both didn't have to commit to an appointment until the day of installation. Everything went smoothly and we got exactly what we wanted because he asked thoughtful questions. Thank you Darin and everyone at DH Construction!

Even though we did not purchase the property I would still recommend DH construction as a general contractor.

WOW, I really can't say enough about Fernando's workmanship…read more I have decades of being married to the construction business, and when I did not have the time or capability to do my projects it was impossible to even get quotes from Contractors. I wanted to add a front porch to my home. Tried 3 different contractors and none ever got me a quote. Finely I was referred to Fernando through my landscaper. His response was incredible. Professional, Thorough, and Timely. His references were awesome. His proposals were detailed and and he didn't hit me up with a bunch of change orders. I love my porch! He even painted and stained it. In addition, I had some interior painting i needed completed. And again. Flawless quality, timely done and did great job with post clean up. I highly recommend Fernando for any of your remodeling needs.

There may be more smaller jobs as well that I may be forgetting. Sub-contractors were utilized, but they seemed to work very collaboratively with Noel. While some items we wanted were nol always available, Noel helped us navigate other substitute items, and we are very happy with our cast-iron tub. The depth of the tub makes it easy to soak in. Noel was super transparent and communicative throughout the entire process. We texted each other to inform each other and so we could answer some questions on the spot. Also, and really, this is HUGE: Noel got everything done for us in time...within the schedule that we needed everything done. That's hardly ever heard of, but it happened! We are super happy with all the work that Noel has done for us. We heartily recommend Insight Remodels. Here are just three photos, that's all I have on me at the moment. but our neighbors have already commented about how nice the bamboo fencing looks and I think they are thinking of copying us. If you are looking for a general contractor, we recommend Lindgren Construction. We set up a time…read moreand place to meet with the owner, Eric. When we arrived at the appointed time, he was there waiting for us. A punctual contractor - YAY! He gave us a bid to update and renovate the older home we had just bought. When we needed to fumigate the house, Eric got his crew out there right away to trim trees and bushes so the tent could be put on the next day. The house needed a refresh from top to bottom - paint, baseboards, windows, flooring, lighting, bathrooms, gates, fencing, gutters, etc. He began the work in January 2019 and he kept us informed with phone calls, texts and photos of work in progress. During the process of installing new flooring in the master bathroom, he discovered the floor was not level, which meant he had to do a complete gut renovation of the bathroom. He and his team leveled the floor, installed new green wall, new lineal drain for the shower, installed a new tub and toilet and fixtures, and then installed new tile on the shower, floors, and backsplash. As a favor, he hung the heavy mirrors we purchased over the two vanities. We could not be happier with the results (see photos). Eric and his team completed the job in March - just in time for our family visitors. He and his crew cleaned and even dust mopped the floors before they left! Eric and his team are trustworthy, punctual, responsive, and friendly. They produce high quality work and are excellent at their craft. We are very happy we chose Eric to handle the renovation of our forever home!
