My press check went off with only one hiccup which was actually my fault but they quickly made some adjustments to cover my behind. The UV inks they use look vibrant on the uncoated stock I had selected. The customer lounge was a very relaxing area to hangout while they were preparing my job was very plush. The road construction in front was kind of a pain but isn't really their fault.

This is an email I sent to Sherry as soon as she fixed my website on Google…read more "Hi Sherry, I cried already, it took me sometime to go back to my pc. I wanted to start writing a review for all your support and help regarding my website but I couldn't, the link said " Posting reviews is disabled for this location." Let me know what else I can do for you my friend. I can go to yelp or google reviews if you send me the links. I cannot thank you enough for all you are done for my life(business) since my whole family and employees depend on it. I have been depending on referrals(few) and the little work I got I have to charge a little bit less, since I was afraid to charge sometimes the right amount and my client thinking it was too much. In my company we lost a lot(cars, storage, employees, money, etc) The worst thing for me, I am afraid to be in the same situation, I am very afraid or scare. I want keep in touch with you, since you are our angel. Definitely, you change our lives right now. When things change I will contact you again for sure, or if one of these days you want to say hi to me I will really appreciated. Pardon my broken English and patience. Please, please, let me know where to write a review(my story) and how a first phone call at 3am change my life! My family and my employee's family we love you Sherry!

Sherry presents herself well both online and offline from what I have read. She is truly an expert…read morein her field and knows how to get the desired results for herself as well as others. I haven't worked with Sherry, but her insights into the marketing arena are very educational for someone like me who is just starting in the digital marketing space. It appears to me, and this is just my opinion, from looking at her website that she doesn't care much for the newcomers with not a lot of experience or others that don't have the expert knowledge that she has. She wants to protect her client base, I get it, but there is a place for anyone who has the desire to learn. Experience comes with time, those who get good at what they do will keep their clients, and those who don't, won't.

He is excellent with customer service and takes great care of us! For the products we give to our patients, we have been very pleased with the lip balms. We have tried a couple different types and have ended up frequently ordering the Broad Spectrum Lip Balm with both UVA and UVB sun protection. Our patients love them! In making a decision about imprinted pens, Jake sent us several pens we could check out. We continuously order the "Campus Pen". It writes nicely and comes with great colors. Our patients have commented that they like the way the pens write when they use them at our front desk. They love being able to take one from the basket on their way out... along with the lip balm. We definitely recommend Second Story Promotions, and Jake, for your office swag and promotional/imprinted items.
