Seemed annoyed right off the bat. Wouldn't let my boyfriend speak, treated him like an idiot. When I proceeded to call from my cellphone and ask for a manager he refused to put me on with one, refused to give his name. When I kept asking he finally said he was the manager which if that's the case that business will fail. He threatened me with a lawyer and said I was "harassing him" for wanting to speak to a manager or owner. He also kept repeating that 4 other people were listening in on the phone call. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. He wanted us to come to the store to fight him...like wtf??? Someone must've shit in his coffee or something. I will be blasting this all over my social media & hopefully make everyone aware of this horrible company that treats people like crap.
