Alltech/Digimob .. What a heap of shit this place is ! I took my phone in for repair & when I got it back , it was in another language , I had not walked 2 feet away from the desk when I asked the woman , WHAT LANGUAGE IS THIS IN ? She said , THE LANGUAGE YOU PUT IN IT , more likely the language , of the person that worked on it . Then I get told , ALL my apps ,, had to be deleted , It wasn't until I got home , thet I realised , ALL MY APPS,, MUSIC,, PHOTOS & VIDEOS , WERE ALSO LOST ,, GONE FOR GOOD . They wanted my contact number ! for what ? I had to call them to find out when I could pick my phone up . They say , appearance is the 1st thing people notice about a business , If that's the case , this place is on equal terms with a shit house . They wouldn't even tell me who worked on my phone ,, Please Go Elsewhere , DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . Had a broken screen on my iPhone 11 and a few other weird problems, when i cam in to drop it off I was impressed with how honest the receptionist was. She told me exactly what they were going to do with my phone to fix these weired problems, and was very transparent with the outcome process if they couldn't fix certain problems, and was very transparent with the outcome process if they couldn't fix certain problems. About 3 hours later I get a text saying my phone is ready and when i go to pick up all of my issues were fixed! And all done under the quoted price as will! Honestly so impressed! After reading these reviews, I was worried about coming here.... BUT after coming in to get my iPhone X repaired I realized how wrong they were! i called up and got a quote easy, the receptionists were lovely and wow the repair was done so fast! Under an hour!!! i bought a few accessories and everything is great quality for what i paid. Top notch!! Extremely honest, very knowledgeable about devices. My iPhone 6 screen was replaced in 15min. They gave us repair options as well as the positive and negative about the screen quality we picked. My iPhone X was having some ghosting problems, the receptionist explained that it was most likely a screen issue, but also let me know that it may be a list of other problem. Booked it in for a general assessment and approved a screen repair if necessary. 1 hour later it was fixed and was working perfectly! Went to get my phone fixed in Adelaide while I was down there for an appointment and had to be back home at a certain time. I visited the unley store, they were absolutely lovely, they fixed my phone in an hour when normally they would take multiple hours but because I needed to be home they did it extra fast for me and the phone works just like new so I would absolutely recommend read more

I for sure had a better experience with my repair at Digimob. came in for a battery replacement, was a good price, was a speedy repair only taking less then an hour and i also picked up some pretty cool cases and accessories while waiting. would for sure recommend read more
