This place is a complete scam. Most of their glowing reviews are fake and paid for -- don't be fooled.
I went in with a simple Windows issue, and instead of resolving it, they engaged in what I can only describe as fraudulent behavior. Not only did they fail to fix the actual problem, but without my knowledge or consent, they illegally removed my new, fully functional battery and replaced it with a low-grade, damaged one. As a result, my laptop now doesn't even turn on without being plugged into the charger.
They charged me £30 for this so-called "repair," returned my laptop in worse condition, and refused to take accountability. This wasn't just poor service -- it was outright deception.
What they did was unethical, manipulative, and possibly criminal. Their business practices raise serious concerns, and I urge everyone to avoid Digicom Whitechapel. Do not trust them with your device -- you may end up paying for damage instead of repairs. read more
