He informed me that he would be off but Andrew would assist me. I drove an hour and half the next day to look at two different trucks. Andrew was very friendly and helpful. The process went very smooth. I was in and out in a matter of hours. The only complaint that I have is after the fact. It became obvious to me that the garage, Taylors Tire, that does the work for Rick's used cars either misleads them about the work performed or just doesn't know how to properly repair and service a diesel. Other than a few minor issues that should have been discovered before selling, I am fine with everything else. My only suggestion would be to pay closer attention to detail after having work done on the vehicle or find another garage to complete the work. I would buy from Rick's used cars again...I would just be more thorough myself when inspecting the vehicle that I'm about to purchase. Your Way is nestled among other car lots on Randleman Road, but the cars certainly stand out. There is not a huge selection, but most of their cars have less than 100,000 miles, are very clean and have been checked out mechanically. The staff is nice and accommodating. There was nothing difficult about getting a good car from these folks!

After messaging back and forth and a…read morephone call, we decided to drive the two hours to look at it in person and had every intention of paying cash for it. When we got there, the truck had significant rust underneath....like you could put your finger through it. We had asked on the phone if there were any issues with the body and were told there was not. So four hours of the day and gas were wasted on driving to and from Greensboro when honesty would have prevented the worthless trip. I cannot recommend this company. We should have gotten the first clue when we couldn't find a website for the business.
