Great office ,but only 4 stars because the floors are always sticky. Clean restrooms and they even have multiple bottles of baby oil and different types of lotion. read more

Faith Family offers a welcoming, hometown feel where the care you receive is provided by local friendly faces each and every visit. We offer tailored care to each individual, because not everyone needs the same treatment options for every diagnosis. We at FFMC take your needs and work as a team to get your health to where it needs to be together. Using top technology resources, we are able to offer an online portal for online messaging, refill requests, and even viewing your labs. We can even check cholesterol and Hemoglobin A1c levels for diabetes with just a simple finger stick and process them in less than 10 minutes. ALL of these options are offered on the corner of Park Ave and E Main in Brownsville, TN, so there is no need to go out of town any longer for the "big city" features and technology when they are offered by a local hometown Nurse Practitioner and his staff.

Donot go to this doctor if u need medical attention!!! If you need pain pills you can get that! !! He uses his patient table as his desk because he NEVER has patients on it!...You can get your blood pressure checked that's about the extent of it..IF you need a md go somewhere else! read more

I have been going to Shari for years and I highly recommend her…read more She is a brilliant diagnostician and she actually LISTENS to you. It is always extra informative because she talks out loud to herself as she diagnoses you! She is also top notch with patient education as well. I have never walked out of her office with questions or confusion about my care, and she always gives great tips as well e.g. make sure you are only drinking hot liquids with your sore throat; make sure you are only eating small meals to help with your nausea. Like all people, I'm sure she makes mistakes but she has never steered me wrong (and has even corrected errors and misdiagnoses of other MDs and NPs). Her prices are very reasonable and her office is clean and conveniently located near the hospital. It is a walk-in clinic but it may help to call in advance, especially on busy days like Mondays. Her office is closed on Fridays. She is also doing some aesthetic nursing now if you are interested in that kind of thing. The only reason I didn't give her four stars is that she seems to have been going through lots of staffing changes recently. I haven't cared for the last couple of receptionists. That is the only area I have any complaint and even in that area, services are adequate.

I have been looking for a primary dr, and she is the one. She listens to all my concerns and genuinely cares about my wellbeing. Wait time was not very long. You will not be disappointed, at least I wasn't.
