I was having a hard time concentrating filling out the medical forms. When I approached the front desk person about my concern, she blew me off , her response was pretty much, 'we believe in having a good time, this is the way we are'. I told her after this visit, I am not returning. She was cold and indifferent to my concern. By the time I was approached by a PT , I had a headache. I told the PT my concerns, and decided this is not the right place for me. I'm sure people come in there with all kinds of pain and would not want to listen to all that. It's sad that few people have the guts to confront them about it.

He took the time to fully understand the situation, reviewed her previous medical history, looked at her very physical lifestyle, and talked to her about her interests and activities. He understood the physical requirements of her rodeo competitions and how that would relate to a military life and using x-rays and physical examination, he was able to declare her fit for military service. His thorough and very professional review and report was critical in her being accepted to enter the United States Coast Guard Academy. The staff was friendly and professional at all times and made it a pleasant visit. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Gaffney and Black Hills Ortho and Spine Center to anyone with back problems and plan to see him for my own back injury.

I was checked in immediately by the receptionist upon walking in. The interior is so pristine and serene that I almost thought I'd walked into a spa! A huge plus: they informed me that if I only needed the shot, I could opt out of a full doctor's exam, which saved a lot of money tho idk how much it would cost me since I was paying out of pocket.. After a very short wait in the lobby, a nurse brought me back to the exam room and administered the shot, after asking if I have any history of allergies she put a bandage on my arm .
