While I was there all she wanted to do was chat with her family on phone, and ask clients what they could do for her family. She was never on time for work and did a poor job while she was there. What work she got done was barely done, and she missed deadlines several times. My first week there I traveled to SC for training. I whole time I was there in SC she was calling every 5 minutes with questions, she had already been working there for over a year, really? By the time I left there this other Raleigh person still didn't know what a garnishment was. When I met Accounting person in SC we were talking shop, and she told me wow, I've talked to a lot of new hires in the past, usually they have no knowledge of payroll when they walk through the door. like you do, I better not talk down to you! When first hired and worked with Raleigh person, she shared when she was interviewed (SC executive drove down) they got drunk at restaurant, he barely interviewed her, smiled and said you are hired. Raleigh girl was always jealous of me because I intimidated her, because next to her I was a genius, and actually knew payroll greatly. Every month they had an employee of the month gift, she got twice, and got constant promotions, for what? really?, possible relation to her interview long ago I guess. Raleigh sales person did a lot of cold calling, he would pretend to be both men and women when he called them back since no one would ever return his call.
