First, let's start by saying this. $10k spent at this shop for my husband to get handed back a truck that literally would have killed us had he not known this truck as well as he does and decided something was wrong and slowed down to 2mph. The brake calipers were replaced and they didn't complete the job correctly so a bolt either was not put back in or lock tight was not applied and it backed out causing the caliper to move and get lodged between the rim. Ultimately this destroyed the rip causing it to bust and the truck went off the road. Next, they replaced fuel lines going to the fuel bowl and did not install them properly so diesel was going all over the engine and ground. Luckily, he was able to correct this issue. We lost a half a tank of fuel because we didn't realize it was spraying everywhere until it was too late. Next, the fuel line that was replaced was routed over the valve cover and they did not even take the hard line out that was "replaced" it was just left there! Next, they said they replaced the injector gaskets (with the harness), funny thing- they were informed those had just been replaced. So we knew one had a broken clip in the back and low and behold we get it back and magically that clip is still broken yet it was replaced? They kept the truck for an entire month and still couldn't complete things correctly. Pro: they managed to replace battery cables and terminals correctly. So if this is what you're needing, highly recommend....otherwise GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. As a Navy Veteran myself I expect honor, courage, and commitment from any business just as I give these core values myself in anything I do. This shop has miserably failed to uphold simple values. Communication was poor at best, however the owner did jump in after it hit the month mark and worked on the truck to get it out of the shop for us and he had better communication than the guys he employed. However, in our opinion, your weakest link is also the face of your company just the same as your top mechanic. They are currently "fixing" their mistakes. Will fully update this review once they have corrected and fixed their wrongs.

I was told by David to either sell truck cheap or buy used engine $13k This is what I learned the very next day from Ford dealer

Fantastic shop for my 2002 Chevrolet Duramax! So pleased with the quality of service! Makes it fun to keep the old truck rolling!

The new rule of business seems to be not to sell the customer what they don't need, which is…read morerefreshing, but- I wanted spark plugs changed and brakes and a few other things and all but had to beg management to perform these services. The price was fair but near begging to have service performed was nbelievable. I do not recommend this business.

A 2005 ford freestyle was brought here 3 times in the past couple of weeks. First time on 11/16,…read morethey quoted 1700 alone on 6 spark plugs, 6 ignition coil packs, and a 2 year battery. The spark plugs installed are NGK iridium IX they charged $130.68, explaining to me that these are premium and how they don't cheap out on parts and how they come with a 12,000 mile warranty or 1 year. After just doing on the surface research NGK offers an even better line of plugs (NGK Ruthenium HX)for only $10.59 a piece. So essentially there up charging Twice as much on parts alone. Also while working on car fuel pump needed to be replaced because it burned out so they replaced it we get the car back, and not even the next day the car dies on the middle of the road. They explained how it was just out of gas and it was fine...the gas light had just turned on so I found it weird that it ran out. Fast forward about a couple of days later and the car dies AGAIN! The gauge was a little under a 1/4 but the car was completely out of gas. So it went back to the shop and they had to put a new fuel pump in after they installed a bad one...heres the catcher! The warranty was used even though they installed a cheap part. So from my personal experience in dealing with this place I would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially if they charging a premium price, installing cheap parts, and using a "warranty" service to justify the insane mark up. Just my thoughts! Edit 12/16/2025 When to shop because I was questioned about my review. Was met with immediate hostility entering and asking for the manager...I questioned him immediately entering the shops office asking why he was concerned on my review. He said there were a lot of things wrong with my review and proceeded to argue with me over it. The only reason I stepped in the shops office was to have a conversation and clarify. None of that happened... instead Anthony personally argued with me pulling up forms saying that the reason the fuel pump burned was because the car can't go under 5 gallons of gas aka as soon as the gas light turns on. I have never heard of a fuel pump burning out when the gas light turns on. After that Anthony proceeded to argue with me further on how the spark plugs I listened are not better....they are, anyone can fact check this. Then to top it off he threatened to take me out back and kick my butt all because he was clearly getting flustered/frustrated because I can see straight through all the deception (it doesn't matter how right or wrong a person is or is not. You never threaten people who come into your business, keep in mind this is the manger threatening me. not how you do business!) when I left he cursed me out, and that was that. Anthony is a young guy who still has a lot to learn, hopefully he'll learn you can't treat people like that who enter his business, especially if he wants to see customers!
