Metal roof with gutters. Adding the metal bars and ceiling fan installation was barely more. It turned out way better than I imagined. The extra creativity they brought and the structural integrity really looks amazing. They made sure everything was properly done, above and beyond what code would require. Michael was who I mostly spoke to. He always returned my calls and was very professional. He was super honest every step of the way. One of the workers, Justo (I'm probably misspelling that), was a near constant perfection machine, going over every detail to ensure everything was done just right. And the cleanup afterwards was super tidy. Anyway, you can't go wrong using this company.

It started with a wooden fence were the boards were apparently hard to find. They used nails that were too long and had to be sanded down. The screened in porch and deck expansion was horrific. They continued to ask for money up front until I had them call from where they needed the materials. If we paid them, they usual disappeared for days. After the initial agreement, Michael disappeared, avoided my calls and emails, and made excuses and straight up lied about things. His brother worked hard but eventually disappeared as well. When we had someone come in after them, we found out the quality of the materials as well as the craftsmanship was horrible, Brother blamed brother and the people they hired quickly left due to not being paid. What disappointed me most was that they use a company name that should come with trustworthy, honest people and work.

From sketches we provided, they crafted a built in bathroom floor to ceiling cabinet and built in bookcase (on the other side of the wall) to execute a difficult modification from an odd doorway to a beautiful space. They also converted one of our walk-in closets into a hot yoga room, too! All executed with fine craftsmanship. Josh and Chris also fixed faulty landscape irrigation and lighting (very dangerous wiring problems), and most recently will plant for us what the faulty-landscaper seemed unable to accomplish. They will let you know if something you may want is not workable. They will make suggestions about what needs to be done, but will also respect your needs, budget and decisions. Said that he should be able to complete the work Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Martin called on Monday morning and said he could be out about 5 on Monday. Martin showed up at 4:45. Work was done and the quality was great. So after calling three other companies and just getting answer machines and no call backs, I'm so glad I for a company that answered the phone.
