So named for it's looks... it looks like.. well... spaghetti. It's vanilla gelato squeezed through a ricer to make it look like spaghetti on top of a mountain of whipped cream. Topped with strawberry sauce and shaved white chocolate. Perfect. Go ahead and give it a try.

I could only eat half, saved the rest for the next day´s lunch- and forgot to bring it with me to work. SO good that I thought about that salad all day. I am super thankful that I got extra dressing on the side, because i have been putting it on everything from baked potatoes to chicken schnitzel. Go, you won´t be sorry.
