Didi's Stroopwaffles was a super cute café that smelled amazing right when you walked in. The owner was across the cashier as he was the one who was making the waffles. He was super kind and patient with us as we were navigating the menu for the first time. The Stroop waffles were made fresh in the house, right as you ordered. They featured a layer of caramel in between two thin layers of waffle. Then you could customize it and dip half of it in milk, dark, or white chocolate and then add a topping of your choice. These came in various sizes, ranging from mini to large. The stroopwaffels were honestly super sweet, almost a little too sweet however, it was really yummy. I don't know if I can have a Costco Stroop waffle ever again. read more
