During my visit, I felt very impressed by how organized the store's racks were, especially compared to competing retailers. I shopped mostly in the women's section, and the articles of clothing were well organized by type, size, and color. Throughout the store, I saw many major brands, including Adidas, HOKA, Under Armour, and others. The prices were low to moderate, and I found some things that I liked. For example, I saw price tags of $25 for a women's sundress and $85-140 for a pair of women's HOKA sneakers. I deducted one star from my review because I cannot find everything that I want here, and because employees need to greet more often.

It's very expensive, but then everything in the Mall is. I was in a bad mood because my reason for coming to this Mall - the bubble tea stand - was closed down. But we still had fun shopping. Or I should say, they had fun shopping and I tolerated it. Champs is a pretty cool store and I still wear my shirt fairly regularly.

Once I arrived at The Bike Lab, I realized I knew the owner Jim from when I was in 6th grade playing hockey. He was an older high school kid and gave me advice on how to properly tie my skates....which I still do to this day. I told Jim what I was looking for in a bike, the type of riding I'd be doing and the level of rider I am. He happened to have what I was looking for in my size by Brand that he carried. The bike had everything I wanted and was at a price point better then the other brands I was considering. I purchased the bike on the spot knowing that availability is still slim. Jim helped me fit my bike and even adjusted the clips on my shoes by looking at the way I walked. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, as I remembered as a kid. This store stole from me. Specifically the manager. I bought a pair of Jordans from Footlocker…read moreonline for $95 and selected "pick up in store." I got a confirmation that they were ready to be picked up in the store. When I arrived, the shoes were not there and the manager claimed he had NO record of my order and did not carry the shoe in the size I bought. He said to call customer service. I did and when customer service reached out to the manager to confirm I didn't get the shoes, he LIED and said he handed them to me. I was stunned but told customer service that I could prove he didn't. I had 3 more emails from Foot Locker after the date he "supposedly" gave them to me. All three were sent to remind me to pick up the shoes. All 3 received after he claims he gave them to me. Customer service opened a claim but the manager then all of a sudden told customer service he had the shoes for me to pick up. The next day, I got an email that the shoes had been shipped and delivered to me. Guess what.....total bullshit. My son never got his Jordans and I never got my $95 dollars back. I have written a letter and filed a claim with corporate with the manager's name and provided all my evidence. I will not name him here but I will make sure this is addressed. I will not let this go.

I am a huge Marshalls/TJ Maxx/Home Goods fan! Very frequently shopping at them in the Pgh and…read moresurrounding areas. On Wednesday August 20th I shopped at the Monroeville, PA Marshalls at 4-6pm. I was very disapointed in the condition of the store! The bathroom definitely needed attention, one sink had no running water. The bathroom had not been cleaned for a while. While in the fitting room, the floors were very dirty and dusty along with strands of dust dirt hanging from the ceiling vents. This store is packed with merchandise but DEFINITELY needs cleaning and attention.
