They claim to have the experience and know how, yet the quality of the job looks less than the skills of what an apprentice would have. I brought in my vehicle to have panel replacement and dent removal done on it. Not only did they not remove the dents, but they also did not properly install the panels correctly... almost every panel they put on was at an angle or improperly placed onto the vehicle. They cut into a perfectly good intact panel with an angle grinder and initially played dumb like they had no clue how that had gotten there. Also used scrap metal (of different gauge) from what seemed to be lying on the ground outside of their shop, and now there is an infectious rust spot welded onto the side of my vehicle. If this isn't enough, then it's worth mentioning they clearly do not do quality checks either... went to do a once over on the vehicle when I arrived and not even 2 minutes in, I see a clamp holding a new panel onto the vehicle (un-fabbed). I am also able to wiggle some of the areas they "welded". The office is littered with THC related products... so unsure as to whether this incident is a lack of skill or the inability to stay sober at work...likely both. At this point, I'm going to have to spend twice as much as what I paid them just to have a true professional fix the areas, which should have properly been worked on and done the first time. The only reason I do not take both Mike and Nick to court is because of the rebuttal that they "did the job". Yes the job was done - but only partially and at the worst possible level of quality. Mike was hired to install an electrical panel for my rental unit. He completed the job but not to…read morethe job specs and refused to refund me the difference from the work completed and the agreed upon solution. He charged me 600 dollars for an electrical panel cover in which he just cut a piece of metal and applied magnets to the back. He assured me he would go back to complete the job as agreed upon (with a functioning door panel) but then advised he would not complete the job. He is very unprofessional and unreliable. WARNING Stay away from this company if you need your house painted. You'll have to have your house…read morepainted all over again and end up with thousands of dollars in damages like I did. He is not a professional house painter and uses deceptive practices to get customers. He posted pictures of my house on Yelp at a far enough distance that prospective customers couldn't see that he did no prep before painting which is the most important part of any paint job, they couldn't see all the areas on the house he didn't paint, see all the overspray on my house or see all the damage he did to my property. His estimate/contract is also deceptive because he doesn't do what he says he will do in it. Once he's got you hooked into the contract he does only what he wants to do as fast as he can to get your money. Then makes up excuses and lies when confronted with the fact that he didn't prep the house, didn't do the whole house like he was contracted to do and made no effort to protect my property from damage He is uninsured which any reputable professional company would be and he does not register with any city he does work in as required because he has to show proof of valid insurance. He takes no precautions to protect your property and doesn't have the decency to make repairs or offer to compensate you for the cost of the repairs.His attitude is that it's the customers problem not his. He broke a part of my side door and I have paint spills, paint splatter and overspray everywhere on my property as well as damage to the interior of the house He borrowed items then claimed he returned them and sent a picture of a porch that isn't mine and when told him that it's not my house and suggested that if he did drop them off at some house (which I very much doubt he did because of his constant lies), he should try to find them. His response was that is not his problem and accused me of threatening him. The picture he sent showed not only the wrong house because my house is tan not white with the address numbers directly below the front door which that house didn't have but it also shows both the 50 and 100 ft extension cords now loaded with paint which wasn't there when he borrowed them. Deceptive advertising is illegal and if Yelp allows him to continue to remain on the site posting deceptive pictures and claiming to be a professional house painter when in fact he isn't, then people need to be warned about looking on Yelp for their needs because obviously Yelp does not screen the companies to make sure that they are reputable professionals and insured before they allow them to post on their web site and make no effort to contact those who have been damaged because of the deceptive tactics. I wish I could show individual pictures of every area of the house but it would amount to hundreds of pictures and I doubt I can post that many on Yelp so I will post what I can to give you examples of what he consideres a professional -Quality paint job and the damage he did to my property which turned out to be any homeowners nightmare. This is my second posting about this company the first time I didn't have the pictures taken off my phone yet but wanted to immediatly warn others about this guy. I edited the pictures as best I could to give close ups but if it can be done on Yelp copy and paste the pictures to your computer then enlarge them and scroll over the whole picture.You will see the terrible unprofessional job he did, all the areas he didn't do especially Facia boards, over hangs wondows and trim and will see all of the overspray, paint spills and splatter all over my property, including my now striped roof because he didn't protect it from overspray. He had to enter the house to get his spray equipment to the upper front porch so there will be some pictures of the damage he did to the interior because he didn't clean his hands or shoes of paint prior to entering then touched areas which had nothing to do with his exterior painting of the house then decided to clean his equipment in the kitchen sink and got paint all over the sink and counter. He also broke a piece off the side door while bringing his equipment into the house so I now have to pay someone to repair the damage to the interior of the house as well as the exterior before I can show the house to sell or rent. I tried to attach a copy of the estimate/contract but it won't attach for some reason but I think I already mentioned that it was for the whole house and a professional-Quality job which I didn't get.
