On a recommendation from another RV repair person, we called Continental Repair and left a distressed message. Bob called us back within minutes and drove to our home to help us. He assessed what the issue was and from various parts he had, created an entirely new one to replace the faulty part the RV dealer used when they replaced the generator. His skills, professionalism, efficiency and kindness are commendable. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions to ensure I understood why the faulty part did not properly work and how the part he assembled would stop the fuel leak.Because he worked so quickly and competently, we were able to continue with our plan to get the van out for our first camping trip.

Mick's…read moretold us they needed to replace some hoses before they could determine if the engine was blown -- which we now know isn't true. They quoted us $780 just to start. Even though we had doubts, we trusted their word and agreed, hoping it would fix the issue. Later, Action Inc. declined to cover the cost -- likely because they realized the repairs were unnecessary. I truly believe Mick's Repair was trying to scam Action Inc. for money they didn't earn. Despite Mick's not doing any repairs, they are now refusing to return our car or even let us get our belongings out. We told them we know they didn't need to do any work just to check the engine, and after that, they became hostile. At this point, they're holding our car hostage. It's been a stressful, long experience, and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. I've read other google reviews and yellow pages reviews stating similar stories like recommending unnecessary repairs, rigging the cars, and not fully repairing things so they can charge more labor costs for the next visit.
