I have mixed feelings about this place…read more When I was 19 (over a decade ago, 2005) I did a one-day temp job for them which turned into a year and half position that sparked an interest in engineering (a field in which I am now employed). Pretty cool, as they were part of what made me successful as I am today. But! In 2011, I needed a summer job during a break from college. I pretty much had my choice in jobs, since I had been hired on before. They hooked me up with a pretty cool temp job in South Beloit. However, this time, they were extremely hard to deal with. I couldn't leave work early for, summer class, despite their client giving their consent. I still went to summer class. Their management must have changed for the worse between 2005 and 2011. They were also upset that I quit to return to school. So, as the two stars say on Yelp- "Meh. I've experienced better."

He has coerced his associates that I don't communicate. Which the real reason is that I told Humberto that I did not like the company Magna he was trying to place me. Then he got extremely disrespectful with me on the phone and I did not stand by and let him do so. I then received a phone call from Connor Hanson about a year later. Connor was absolutely great until he became a follower instead of a leader. But Connor seems to have a Pion Mind and was coerced by the imbecile Humberto and pretty much knowingly wasted my time and gas by having me come from Freeport to tell me because of Humberto's lies and gave me the same corporate statement that I HAVE GIVEN People at the company I represent and I Quote "Because of the previous incident with Humberto I have to be on guard. But I will try my best to find you placement." Just to let the people know at aerotek that is reading this. I am filing a complaint with the labor board for discrimination. To the people looking for future employment with this company if you're desperate theres still FurstStaffing and other temp agencies that actually care about you and yeah they all have there problems. But this one is just full of imbeciles and no professional associates.

This company is horrible first they have a bunch of stuck up Hispanic snobs working there! It wasn't the real job mind you, so i have no idea why they would count that against me. They could have just scheduled me for the next orientation. They have absolutely no leniency towards no shows, even if it is for a good reason. I wont be going back there.
