I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this garage. I spoke to someone in the dealership who to be honest wasn't very interested & told me they would call, they never did. I tried a few months later as it is my local dealer however again, slightly rude & uninterested with no follow up. I took my BMW here twice for repairs; both times it was returned with additional things broken which had absolutely not been broken before it went in. The prices are a little high, but add to that damaging the car while in their care (and making no effort to make good on that damage) and they are a place to avoid. I have returned to making a very long round trip to an independent BMW specialist garage I trust in Bristol, as I simply can't trust Dick Lovett Swindon not to cause more harm than they solve. read more
