She is constantly thinking through your case for best possible results. I highly recommended Lisa.

Unfortunately, this isn't first rodeo or even second rodeo with buying a lemon car and I've lost…read morethousands of dollars and months of time fighting for cars and fixing them. The price of my last lemon car (the car in this case) was much larger than my previous lemons and I decided to, one more time, take it to court in hopes that something would be different. The situation was familiar to my last lemons, but Taras assured me that I've never dealt with this case the way it should be dealt with. With disbelief, I moved on with the process and tried to follow Taras each step of the way and let me tell you; I'm not sure if it's the experience, profession, situation, or money at stake, but I have never dealt with a more competent and efficient individual in all of my experience with any professional. Taras kept me updated every step of the way in such a promptly manner that the entire time, it felt like I was his one and only client; his response times were faster than even some of my family members. Taras' explanations of the contracts, timeframes, and data needed to be collected was so clear that I exited every call and email knowing exactly what happened and what is to happen. Before I knew it, the case was won and came to a great close, seemingly effortlessly thanks to Taras. I cannot express my gratitude in just monetary compensation, so I want to recommend him like I've done to no other. You will be treated like your problem is his personal problem, the only difference is that he knows what he's doing!

I called and had a consultation by phone with Mr Upchurch. He was personable and knowledgeable. My case was particularly complicated because I had a missing relative who was entitled to half the estate, and she didn't leave a will. Despite these hurdles, Upchurch was able to handle my case, and his assistant Crystal was extremely helpful every step of the way. We were able to get everything settled by phone and email. It took a long time, but that was because of the many legal proceedings and everything was slower because of the pandemic. However, I remained patient and I was able to settle my mother's estate. Along the way, they were always prompt and willing to answer my many questions. I could not be more satisfied with the experience, especially in a difficult time. I highly recommend Upchurch Law. They are extremely professional and capable, and they exceeded my expectations.

First he demanded $200 cash only to discuss then $300 more to proceed and asked who I dealt with at BOA. After I told him, he said, "I don't want to help you can you can't have your money back." I had given him substantial evidence of a credit balance of several thousand dollars with the bank that was trying to extort money from me. He could have said he wasn't interested on the phone, but apparently saw this as a good way to rip off a senior citizen and kiss ass to the bank. I gave him one star only because lower is not offered. Avoid this law firm in Palm Coast like the plague. I also left comments with the same firm that might even have a Chiumento in residence and got no response.

Paul represented me and was exceptional every step of the way. What stood out most was not only his legal knowledge and skill, but his ability to guide me through an overwhelming and emotional process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me understand my rights, and made sure I never sold myself short. Paul is a sharp and formidable attorney who always had my best interests in mind. At the same time, he listened carefully, treated me with respect, and genuinely cared about my concerns. In today's world, having an attorney who truly listens is a rare and invaluable quality. Throughout my case, Paul was incredibly accessible. He responded to emails promptly, was easy to reach, and never left me wondering where things stood. He always had a kind word when I needed it, while remaining focused on achieving the best possible outcome. One of the most impressive aspects of my case was his willingness to challenge what seemed like an impossible prenuptial agreement. Thanks to his dedication, experience, and determination, what began as a frightening and stressful divorce became a fair and largely amicable resolution. Because of Paul, I was able to achieve what I deserved and start the next chapter of my life with far less stress and uncertainty. Thank you, Paul, for your professionalism, guidance, compassion, and unwavering support. I will always be grateful.
