They were flexible, lightning‑responsive, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful at every turn. They didn't just guide us through the process; they elevated it. From lining up every professional we needed--home, well, and septic inspectors, appraisers, roofers, even backup realtors--to offering sharp insights while touring homes, they made the entire experience seamless. The paperwork was all electronic (easy peasy), and despite our extremely aggressive closing timeline--right in the middle of the holiday season--they kept everything on track so we closed on time. That alone felt like a miracle. And if you're anything like I was and assume all realtors are lazy, corner‑cutting bstrds... prepare to have your mind changed. Andria and Eric are the real deal. They're the good ones. Highly, highly recommend.

Angie Spangler was recommended to me, but I researched her and several other realtors extensively…read more I decided on Angie because of her outstanding expertise, education, experience, online reviews and results. When I interviewed her (over the phone), she confirmed what I had been reading, that she is very intelligent and extremely knowledgeable about real estate. I was an out-of-state buyer, but she made the entire process almost as easy as buying the house next door! For example, she used FaceTime to show me homes via video and was happy to allow me to stop her at any point to answer my questions or my requests to zoom in on something in the home. She also enabled me to use computer signing on 99% of the documents during the entire home-buying process. I chose to travel once to see the house I was buying during inspection, but I could have done the entire purchase remotely! I was a first-time home buyer, but Angie was very patient with me. She volunteered to thoroughly go over the purchase contract and later the closing documents with me. Angie is very busy because she's naturally in high demand, but she never failed to answer my emails, text messages, or phone calls promptly. If she was too busy to talk right away, she was happy to schedule phone meetings with me, where she made sure I got the answers to every single question I could think of. One of the reasons I chose Angie is her reputation as a good negotiator. This paid off for me because she got me a very good agreement with the sellers to pay for almost every maintenance issue my inspector had identified! At short notice, Angie was able to get repair estimates over a weekend to support her negotiation with the seller on Monday. Angie volunteered to do countless things that benefited me during the home-buying process. Some that I can remember are as follows. She volunteered to keep in touch with my lender so there wouldn't be any delays in the closing process. She inquired about an unknown fee she discovered on my settlement statement to ensure I was required to pay it. She attended closing on my behalf, collected the house keys at that time and connected with my daughter later to give her the keys. She contacted the title company to get a tax certificate that specified a zero balance, so we were ensured that all the sellers' property taxes had been paid. She worked with the title company to get us an out-of-state mobile notary at a good price. She even told me what was especially important to look for when reading the HOA documents. Angie continued to volunteer great advice even after the sale, such as how to sign up with utility companies and how to avoid title/deed scams. She even gives her customers a "Valuable Contacts" list, which is a gold mine of trusted painters, roofers, handypersons, etc. I highly recommend Angie Spangler for anyone buying a home in the Fort Collins, CO area!

I can't express enough how grateful I am for Jared and all of his help in our home buying process!…read moreWe just closed on our first home yesterday and Jared walked us through the entire process step by step and we could not have done this without him. Jared was honest, informative, quick, and very thorough it was like having family help us buy this house. He was with us through every step including writing contracts with clear respectful requests to the seller, showing up for our inspection and at our final walk through and sitting with us through closing. During the inspection the washer and dryer were not hooked up and the inspector couldn't test them, when I let Jared know there was a concern about them possibly not working he took time out of his day to go hook them up and found out they were not in working order, he followed up by asking home depot how much it costs to remove them and after deciding to ask the seller to remove them he quickly wrote an addendum and the seller agreed to take care of it! At closing he brought a leaf blower and even cleared the fallen seedlings from the trees off of our front porch and cleared our garage. We are so happy with our home purchase but even more happy we had such an amazing realtor to make the home buying process so easy and pleasant. I cannot recommend Jared enough, and I will be keeping his name for my friends and family as well as my next house down the road!!

My wife and I have always sold our homes For Sale By Owner, but we weren't extremely confident with this Colorado market - it's just different here. We had done our fair share of research, and we thought we knew where our home should be priced. After meeting with Jason, and watching many of his videos on YouTube, we decided to place our trust in him as our realtor. The first conversation we had was a tough but good one, a true reality check. He had clearly done his research on our home, our community, and the market. Jason helped us realize and accept the RIGHT price for our home, one the market would bear, and one that buyers would perceive as fair. We decluttered, staged, and listed. After a couple open houses and numerous showings, we were under contract in 3 weeks. And it's worth noting, Jason didn't just shuffle the paperwork. He went to bat for our family, negotiated the best possible deal for us, so we could maximize the true potential of the sale. Our bank account couldn't be more grateful! If you're looking for a realtor who will lay down, do what you ask, and take the easy route, Jason is NOT your guy. But if you're looking for a true professional who will challenge you, give you a dose of reality, and make the sale of your home as seamless as a trip to Costco, you've found your realtor. Hats off to Jason and his team! If our new home isn't a forever home, we will certainly be looking to use his services again
