I had a few contractors take a look at a potential roofing issue, including some who simply provided quotes based on photos without ever looking in person. Dennis, however, not only wanted to assess in person but took the time to get onto the roof and check things out. Drawing on his lifetime expertise in roofing, he quickly identified the issue and offered to fix it on the spot. I'm happy to say everything looks as good as new. I strongly recommend Zooks. His company kind of feels like a "best kept secret" for roofing needs on Yelp. Looking forward to leveraging Dennis' skills for additional projects.
