I brought my sewing machine in for cleaning. I was told the machine would be taken apart,…read moredegreased, cleaned and oiled. When I got it home it was obvious it had not been cleaned. The motor cover was coated with blook soot (it wiped off easily). I wiped soot off the motor and it was also under the motor. The machine looked the same as when I brought it in. I took pictures for proof. I called and complained and was told to bring it back. Why would I want to go back when such a poor job was done the first time? I do not recommend this shop for machine care!

When walking in to this shop, the first thing you might notice is how organized everything appears. The fabric is sorted by colors, whether it is a solid or a pattern, and in order of its hue or depth of color within that color range. When you think it might be chaos, there's an orderliness about it that allows time to focus on the color, the pattern, and imagine how they would work together on a project. It's entirely possible to get started with quilting here beginning with the right quilting machine to finding a pattern and threads. I don't think you need to be an experienced quilter to get inspired. Sew Pieceful makes it simple for everyone, even offering classes at a reasonable price, to begin quilting, or brush up on skills.
