The last time I was there I picked a pair (not my favorite, but I'm ready for this ordeal to be over with). The total of the earrings left a $10 balance. They would not give me the $10 refund. There is almost nothing in this store that cost under $100, so that $10 credit is doing me no good. Go to a store where you can return an item if not fully satisfied.
