I looked for something that was in the $100 price range, but found nothing. I've been back twice since then and I hear the story about the owner's just coming back from a jewelry show and that inventory would be better when I made another visit. The last time I was there I picked a pair (not my favorite, but I'm ready for this ordeal to be over with). The total of the earrings left a $10 balance. They would not give me the $10 refund. There is almost nothing in this store that cost under $100, so that $10 credit is doing me no good. Go to a store where you can return an item if not fully satisfied.

The gentleman said this clasp is not gold!! I said well it should be for 225.00 he said when was this done and I gave him the receipt and he had an attitude and I said this is bullshit!!! Do they not check their work before calling customer to pick up? I said you should have pictures of before and after repairs! I told my husband that this is going to get ugly because of his attitude to me making me feel that I was at fault and lying about the repair so then he flew around the counter and said I should not come in his place of business and cuss!!! If his attitude caused me to say bullshit then it was his fault not mine at their prices I would express better customer service. He showed have looked up the information before making me feel like I was lying. He said with an attitude do you want a refund? I said yes as I am not happy with the way I have been treated. My husband was going to purchase a necklace but not now and will never deal with this business again.

I was able to purchase a new wardrobe down to the shoes, jewelry and handbag. I was happy to find a large variety of Brighton which is nice. The clothes are priced competitively to other boutiques and the quality is top notch. To top it off their staff is very helpful and attentive and they offer alterations for a minimal fee. Love that they offer it all with excellent service. I would recommend this store to anyone who visits Seneca like I do.
