When speaking with the two women at the desk they seemed very knowledgeable of the build of my necklace as well as other pieces. They were able to provide me a very fair price for the repair, and everything went very smoothly. They are very professional in that images are taken of all pieces brought in, all pieces are properly measured and included in a copy to your account which you have access to. I also asked about possibly repairing and altering a ring I had, changing the stone and a few other things. They were able to provide me a good quote and kept in contact while seeking new stones and pieces for their shop. All in all very happy with the service here. The location is small but very clean and nicely set up. I have already suggested this location to friends and family, all of which were very satisfied with the service and product. I waited about 6 months to post this review and the repair has stayed strong through all of it.

My husband gifted me my first pair of diamond earrings from Goldsmith when we were dating, and eventually purchased my engagement ring and wedding set from here as well, along with various other gifts and pieces. Danny and Mary always take care of us and remember us, it's nothing like a typical big box jewelry store. Over the years, we have continued to visit the team at Goldsmith for all of our jewelry needs. Recently, I brought in a piece of heirloom jewelry and a few other random pieces that had been sitting in a safe for years. It held a lot of sentimental value, but was dated and not my style. I decided to reimagine the old jewelry into a few custom pieces I'd actually want to wear every day. I met with Danny to talk about my ideas. He always makes me feel at ease and understands what I am envisioning, giving suggestions and asking lots of questions, guiding me to the perfect piece. He called, texted and kept in regular communication on the status of the jewelry. We settled on transforming the pieces into a necklace and 3 rings. Their in house designer created digital images with ideas and we went back-and-forth a few times until we had the perfect designs for me. I was also shown a 3-D printed mold so that I can feel the rings and see what they would look like exactly. The pieces came out more perfect than I could have imagined and I couldn't be happier.
