Ian was our tour guide. He was fantastic. He picked us up on time. Learned all of our names and delighted us with his information. At each stop on the tour he took care of everything from the tickets to recommendations to the food, drink and bathrooms. What a wonderful company and guided tour of the Blue Mountains.
