The only employees I ever see are the cashiers and they don't even greet you when you walk in the door. Everything is over priced. I have tried to come in a few times thinking it might get better and every single time I am disappointed and just walk right back out not purchasing a thing. What is great is that you heat up or cook your meal in the provided container, win, win! I have been quite surprised at the flavors and choices as most days it's just me so it's great to not to have cook and they are a great value. It really is one of the best kept secrets in North Texas. Normally only open for breakfast and lunch, it's open on Friday night for burgers and all you can eat catfish! You can get the catfish in smaller portions, and a full 8 piece might be all you need! It's small and country style. If there's only 2-3 of you, you might be asked to sit with others, so be ready to be friendly! If you are asked, you DEFINITELY want the beans (and the green tomato salsa if they have it!) Plan on coming early, or you will have a wait! You can wait across the street, in the covered pavilion. Get the dessert! Go on, you won't feel bad! All desserts are made in house, and I recommend the key lime pie! Yum! On the Friday night we were there, they had a small band playing classic favorites. It was a little loud, a little busy, and a LOT of Fun!

The candy selection remonded me of something from Willly Wonka. It was amazing. The only area for improvement would be the checkout cashiers. I had to inquire about becoming a member with WinCo. Luckily I saw a sign that had a QR code to sign up to become a member and I signed up immediately. Since the cashier was not helpful during the process and did not know how to operate the register or add my phone number addition, a frequent shopper paid for my $15 dollar purchase for me so I could receive the discount of the day! That was such a kind Lone Star State customer way of paying forward and helping keep the reputation of the company at its best. It happened on a Saturday night, and we thought that all Tire stores would be closed on Sunday making us have to stay an extra day. Sunday, I started looking for Tire stores and was surprised that Walmart has a location about 15 miles away and they were open on Sunday. They were the only place in town or anywhere close that could replace this tire. We arrived at about 3:30 on 4/23/2023 and the manager came and greeted us and after inspecting the tire informed us that the side walls were shot, and the tire would have to be replaced. We had just put 4 new tires on this car less than a month ago, but the damage was obvious. The man gave us an estimate and a couple of options that were reasonable IMO. He checked stock and had a tire for us. He said he was a man down and it may take about an hour and a half for them to get it done. I am not a fan of Walmart and hate to shop our wait for work to be completed. While my wife can spend days and much money in any Walmart in the Country. I just wanted to get it done and get back to our hotel. Well to my surprise in less than 30 minutes they were done with our car. I want to shout out to the shop manager and Russell for the quick work. Thye both totally impressed me with their Customer service.
