So Weston drills a bad well, refuses to provide us with the reconditioning they offer? Jon threatens to sue and then blocks all communication? This company offers well reconditioning that we need and that he offers but pushes his well drilling? Weird!

He was upfront about everything including the cost and everything that was being done and what would need to be done in the future. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Jonathan even made sure everything was in good working order before he pulled his guys from the job. Jonathan called 24hrs later to make sure everything was moving smoothly and told me to call anytime if anything else happens. I highly recommend Jonathan and his crew. I am very thankful to have water again.

M&M Pump Supply provided both poor and incomplete service for a home water well service…read more M&M Pump Supply came to my house, contracted by my home warranty company, to service a home water well on June 8th, 2018, pulling and replacing the pump and injecting cleaning solutions into the well in the hopes of increasing water pressure to the house. June 9th M&M returned with the new pump and began running the water out on the ground in order to rinse out the chemicals, informing me that the water would need to run for 24 hours or so to rinse out all the chemicals. On June 10th, M&M returned to check the water and did not reconnect the water to the house because the water was still "soapy." They told me they would return the next day to check the water again and possibly reconnect the water to the house. For the next five days, June 11th - 15th, I made daily and repeated requests by phone and text for them to come out and check the water and reconnect the water to the house. Though I was told repeatedly, and daily, that they would come out, M&M never came back to the house. Finally on June 15th, I reconnected the water line myself so that my family would have water, because we had no water for 7 days. I again contacted M&M to come and check to see if the water was connected properly. They still did not return. Lastly I contacted them by text on June 18th to inform them of my disappointment in their service throughout the ordeal. They never returned either the last call or last text, and I have yet to hear from them.
