It is rare for me to write a review for a gas station, but I was so impressed by the kindness of…read morethe people here that I had to do it. When I got out of my car, a very friendly man was out doing some work outside of the station and he greeted me and was extraordinarily friendly (in a good way lol). Then the attendance inside was also so kind and engaging. We had a great (though brief) convo while I got my coffee. The coffee itself was smooth and much better than your typical gas station coffee (it is dispensed from a machine so perhaps it is kept much fresher?). They also have a wide array of creamers, which I love. It was random to discover a Conoco that I will make an effort to return to when I am in the area, but I'm glad I did.

Had to go to the pressure washing place and do it myself even though I paid $2 extra for the undercarriage one. False Advertising. I was gonna give this nice little gas station a 5/5, but this rude, most passive aggressive cashier…read moreruined it for me. Gave me shit for using an open, unused outlet. 0 signs, 0 minutes, no problem whatsoever! Nobody was making a scene, only her. I went and I was charging my phone for a minute! My phone was about to die. I wasn't gonna stay there the whole night, just use the charger until my friend could find me and pick me up. This cashier made me give this place a 1/5 simply because the way the situation was handled. She yells out in front of other customers that I'm not supposed to be use it all and I should stop charging my phone. I wanted to know what the problem was-- they said a policy is what the reason behind it is. I asked for the policy. THERE WAS NO POLICY. I then ask for an manager, says a manager can speak to me tomorrow @ 6am. 5 minutes later, her and a manager talk to shit about me, not realizing I was still in the store. So, this tells me you were thinking I was naive and you thought you could get rid of me. I cut them off from their immature remarks and ask for a policy. Manager was more decent than Donnell (She wasn't wearing a name tag and said that was her name.) Donnell, the cashier, grabs a note and writes down a rushed corporate number. I will be calling, I will be saying that this experience was horrible. There should be a sign saying I couldn't use that outlet. Every other place lets me an outlet TF!! Donnell's excuse: "They take down the sign every time." Manager suggests I go to 7/11. For what? You guys missed out on a 5 star review because you couldn't sacrifice 5 minutes of your outlet.

The few times when the car was is not broken, the option to get a car wash at the pump is not working and you have to go inside. But inside is where the real treat is - I was coming into this store last Sunday because the credit card reader on my pump was not working (again), and there was a white woman ahead of me (who also had to come in to give her credit card for the same reason), and despite the fact she'd given the big burly guy "Tae" her card, he made her stand at the end of the line again to run her card. By this point there were about a half dozen African Americans in line ahead of her (on her second pass into the store), and about three African Americans behind her, then me, and when she got to the head of the line she asked why did she have to stand in line twice? Tae told her "because he didn't like her bitch-white attitude." At that point, I left, with no gas, and I won't go back. I'm the wrong color to be a customer there. I thought this kind of "customer service" was long behind us.

Pretty steep right? I went in today and bought another 2 liter, loaf of bread and a pack of smokes and he charged me $24.00 bucks!! My next door neighbor noticed on his card that his 6 pack of beer was $15.75. Budweiser costing $16.75 for a 6 pack? Sorry but no freaking way! A bunch of people in the neighborhood we live in do not go there because they noticed the same thing. He will charge you whatever he wants! He is robbing people of there money. Both my girlfriend and I were able to dispute the transactions and got our money refunded to us but that's besides the point. Plus isnt this price infringement? We already took pictures and are going to send all the info to Budweiser, & Marlboro. We are also gonna send everything to the better business bureau. This place is making up the prices as they go and robbing people along the way. Stay away! You need to pay attention to you're receipts.
