The best example is when they sent an agent into our apartment Very early in the season while we were skiing who then texted photos from the inside of our condo just to complain that we left some hair in sink, unmade beds and debris on the floor. We were treated like college freshmen moving into a dorm room. When we were in fact spending tens of thousands of dollars with a standard multi month rental contract in place. Fortunately we had a great stay in spite of them. We also left the place in better shape than when we moved in (replaced broken small appliances). Do not use this agency if you expect to deal with professionals.
