Chaz and the team at Diamond have been my go to provider for all my site services for nearly 20 years. They are friendly, reliable and responsive. Chaz always gives me great customer service and always answers the phone or gets back to me the same day and never leaves me hanging. They do just about everything: fence, toilets Power and pumping. read more

I used Diamond Environmental Services for approximately three years while building my house and rented portable toilets, fencing, and gates from them. Unfortunately, my experience at the end of the rental period was extremely frustrating. After I returned the equipment, I was billed for parts that the company claimed were missing or damaged. I strongly dispute these charges, and I have photographs documenting the condition of the equipment when it was returned. For approximately three months, I repeatedly contacted the manager, Keyvan Kesla, by email regarding the disputed charges and requested clarification. My emails initially appeared to be ignored. When I eventually spoke with him, I was told that my emails had been found in the junk folder. I was then told that the disputed amount would be refunded, but months have now passed and I still have not received the promised refund. I have kept records, photographs, and copies of my communications regarding this matter. I am extremely disappointed with how this dispute has been handled, particularly after being told that a refund would be issued and then receiving no follow-through. I am posting this review to document my experience and to encourage others to carefully inspect and photograph all equipment when renting from this company, and to keep detailed records of all communications and charges. I hope Diamond Environmental Services will resolve this matter and honor the refund that was promised read more

I am 70 years old and Diamond Environmental Services billed me to the wrong account for six months, then charged my credit card multiple times without my consent. After trying to fix it for months, I had to file a police report and an elder-abuse complaint with the State of California. A social worker is now assisting me legally. The dispute is over a small amount of money, but the behavior is unacceptable -- especially toward elderly clients. I hope Diamond corrects their mistake. read more

Hired them for a large scale event for 10,000 people and they failed in every category. The event fencing FELL DOWN, TWICE, and was not properly secured. Their porter for the restrooms and handwashing stations was incredibly rude and offered no solutions to overflowing use. Their 3 compartment sinks were small and couldn't provide hot water. When called about it the technician said we should have told them it was a big event and they would have sent the bigger better ones. Once upon a time Diamond was a reputable business but that reputation is gone. read more

I emailed them directly regarding a portable bathroom located at: 9189 De Garmo Ave Sun Valley, CA 91352 The bathroom smells really nasty and is in very bad condition. Who ever is in charge of cleaning is not doing their job. The reason I emailed them is so that they can see how poorly maintained it was and so they can replace it but nothing has been done. read more

This company is CRAP. (Pun intended.) I had port-o-potty services for my cabin through a locally owned company in Twentynine Palms for a year called Beltz. They sold it to these guys and it's been nothing but problems. First of all, in year of service with Beltz and I had zero complaints. ZERO. Diamond takes it over and for the first time my toilet smells. I'm not going to sit and detail a long story but the reality is these guys have skipped weekly services or done them so poorly it seems like they have. I call and complain and they act friendly but insinuate that me and/or my guests are lying or just being overly picky or more than 10 people using it during the week. (This is a 300 sq ft cabin. There are one or two people in here. Period.) I've made three complaints. The last one was saying I want a credit because the driver did not come. When I called they said he did not service because my car was in the way when he came to service (on a day that was not the day they tell me they service). SO HE LEFT INSTEAD OF ASKING ME TO MOVE MY CAR. This week the guy literally put 1/2 inch of liquid in the port-o-potty. You take one dump and there isn't enough liquid in the thing to cover it and it reeks immediately. Cherry on top is they've raised their rates recently (without notice - hoping I wouldn't pay attention I suppose) so now I'm paying even more for an increasingly worse level of service. I get the sense I've got the "crazy lady" star on my file because they don't even take me seriously any more. Um...I just know my toilet doesn't have to smell. It isn't even summer yet. I can't even imagine how much it's going to stink when it's 100 degrees and all the liquid has evaporated before the next service. Unfortunately no one else services out here. I'm looking into getting an incinerator toilet. AVOID this company if you have options. read more

Let me start by saying, "I'm not a contractor." I'm a first-time builder - specifically an owner-builder fumbling my way through the complex world of construction during a home remodel. When I called Diamond Environmental Services, I knew NOTHING about temporary power service. Thankfully Francine Gonzales, a genuinely kind and helpful Diamond salesperson, educated & walked me through the process - without any hard sell at all. Loved that! Francine was more than patient with an anxious amateur like me and answered ALL of my stupid questions - with kindness and respect. She followed up with timely emails and calls which have been super helpful and have kept my project on track. When I met field inspector, Jesus Juarez, at my home during pole installation, the guy couldn't have been nicer - explaining the entire temporary pole installation process - and when I should expect So Cal Edison to connect power. I seriously couldn't be happier with the service I got from Diamond. We all know diamonds are known as the finest mineral out there...well, Diamond Environmental Services totally lives up to that "finest" standard. Thanks to everyone at Diamond for your help as I begin my home renovation. If all the other sub-contractors are this good, this may go down as the easiest remodel ever. Fingers crossed. read more

Terrible Service, if a day in the week is a holiday,( not everyone gets Holidays off and still utilize toilets), they put you back a day(late in the day), regardless if you service is the next day leaving you with filthy toilets, their service is questionable at best when they choose to service your site, then you have to go and make sure the service technician is properly cleaning and washing them,( they will wash one and leave the next), which he does a half assed job and then drives away as fast as he can. I would strongly recommend you utilize someone else for your site that views your team as a value not like the crap Diamond does as they cannot even service that. Kirk H Worksmart Design read more

I had Diamond come out to pump my failing septic system. They responded to me and came out the following day. The driver took great care to park, on our narrow street, as close to our property so as not to block any of our neighbors from going past. I was impressed at how conscientious he was. The pumping was meticulously accomplished and finished in a timely manner. We were very satisfied with the job done and won't hesitate to call Diamond in the future. read more

Diamond environmental services is a great company providing excellent and consistent service. But what really makes this company stand out from their competitors is the customer service! I work with countless vendors and getting any kind of support from them can be like pulling teeth. However when it comes to working with Diamond environmental services, calling their support team is delightful! specifically I have to mention Susie Godines, she really sets the bar for what customer service should be. Susie has gone above and beyond to help me find all the records and info I need for my accounting team. Not only is she incredibly charming and friendly, which should be noted because I had a huge list of invoices, receipts, and general questions I needed taken care of urgently and anyone else would probably be irritated. She got me everything I asked for and even anticipated a few things I might need relating to the invoices requested (which I did end up needing lol ) Thanks to the experience I've had with Susie I will continue to be a loyal customer with Diamond Environmental Services read more

I really like this company! They come every week to clean the portable toilet which is Mondays for me. And they put little nice smelling scents in the urinal. Plus they leave 2 extra toilet tissues just in case you run out. Make sure you get an combination lock when they deliver it. And make sure that they have the code so that the cleaning tech can enter into the portable toilet to clean. There is charge for delivery and they delivered it very fast. Although I am writing this upset, it doesn't take away the fact they made mistakes but I am paying the consequences. First, I set up an automatic 2 week service which they started on the wrong date, I only found this out by calling the day of the expected service. They where able to get me on their daily route and told me it would be their last stop. They showed up early and because I could not get there fast enough they left. I called the next day, Friday, and got nothing but excuses and reasons why they can't come until the following Monday. I hope there is enough room in my tanks to make it through the weekend. Bottom line is they're bad at communication, make sure you are very clear on what they say and your expectations. read more
