I am 70 years old and Diamond Environmental Services billed me to the wrong account for six months, then charged my credit card multiple times without my consent. After trying to fix it for months, I had to file a police report and an elder-abuse complaint with the State of California. A social worker is now assisting me legally. Hired them for a large scale event for 10,000 people and they failed in every category. The event fencing FELL DOWN, TWICE, and was not properly secured. Their porter for the restrooms and handwashing stations was incredibly rude and offered no solutions to overflowing use. Their 3 compartment sinks were small and couldn't provide hot water. When called about it the technician said we should have told them it was a big event and they would have sent the bigger better ones. Thankfully Francine Gonzales, a genuinely kind and helpful Diamond salesperson, educated & walked me through the process - without any hard sell at all. Loved that! Francine was more than patient with an anxious amateur like me and answered ALL of my stupid questions - with kindness and respect. She followed up with timely emails and calls which have been super helpful and have kept my project on track. When I met field inspector, Jesus Juarez, at my home during pole installation, the guy couldn't have been nicer - explaining the entire temporary pole installation process - and when I should expect So Cal Edison to connect power. I seriously couldn't be happier with the service I got from Diamond. We all know diamonds are known as the finest mineral out there...well, Diamond Environmental Services totally lives up to that "finest" standard. This company is CRAP. (Pun intended.) I had port-o-potty services for my cabin through a locally owned company in Twentynine Palms for a year called Beltz. They sold it to these guys and it's been nothing but problems. First of all, in year of service with Beltz and I had zero complaints. ZERO. Diamond takes it over and for the first time my toilet smells. I'm not going to sit and detail a long story but the reality is these guys have skipped weekly services or done them so poorly it seems like they have. I call and complain and they act friendly but insinuate that me and/or my guests are lying or just being overly picky or more than 10 people using it during the week. (This is a 300 sq ft cabin. There are one or two people in here. Period.) I've made three complaints. The last one was saying I want a credit because the driver did not come. When I called they said he did not service because my car was in the way when he came to service (on a day that was not the day they tell me they service). SO HE LEFT INSTEAD OF ASKING ME TO MOVE MY CAR. This week the guy literally put 1/2 inch of liquid in the port-o-potty. You take one dump and there isn't enough liquid in the thing to cover it and it reeks immediately. Cherry on top is they've raised their rates recently (without notice - hoping I wouldn't pay attention I suppose) so now I'm paying even more for an increasingly worse level of service. I get the sense I've got the "crazy lady" star on my file because they don't even take me seriously any more. Um...I just know my toilet doesn't have to smell. It isn't even summer yet. I can't even imagine how much it's going to stink when it's 100 degrees and all the liquid has evaporated before the next service. Unfortunately no one else services out here. I'm looking into getting an incinerator toilet. AVOID this company if you have options. read more

Terrible Service, if a day in the week is a holiday,( not everyone gets Holidays off and still utilize toilets), they put you back a day(late in the day), regardless if you service is the next day leaving you with filthy toilets, their service is questionable at best when they choose to service your site, then you have to go and make sure the service technician is properly cleaning and washing them,( they will wash one and leave the next), which he does a half assed job and then drives away as fast as he can. The driver took great care to park, on our narrow street, as close to our property so as not to block any of our neighbors from going past. I was impressed at how conscientious he was. I really like this company! They come every week to clean the portable toilet which is Mondays for me. And they put little nice smelling scents in the urinal. Plus they leave 2 extra toilet tissues just in case you run out. Make sure you get an combination lock when they deliver it. And make sure that they have the code so that the cleaning tech can enter into the portable toilet to clean. There is charge for delivery and they delivered it very fast. The service was less expensive than Andy Gump. read more

Although I am writing this upset, it doesn't take away the fact they made mistakes but I am paying the consequences. First, I set up an automatic 2 week service which they started on the wrong date, I only found this out by calling the day of the expected service. They where able to get me on their daily route and told me it would be their last stop. They showed up early and because I could not get there fast enough they left. I called the next day, Friday, and got nothing but excuses and reasons why they can't come until the following Monday. I hope there is enough room in my tanks to make it through the weekend. Bottom line is they're bad at communication, make sure you are very clear on what they say and your expectations. read more
