Explanations were provided for all my questions and concerns, whether fence style or gate options. I felt heard and understood the logic of the options provided to me from their professional experience.I was able to explain all information comfortably to my husband. On the date of installation, my husband was teleworking. He stated they arrived on time to set the posts. During their work day, my husband greeted them and met the head foreman, Mauricio. My husband asked the stages of the installation. Mauricio explained all tasks in order of completion with emphasis on unforeseen weather conditions that could come up. My husband and I are very pleased with our new fence. The staff was very respective to our property. No one smoked, kept their personal trash in the trucks, and removed all unused items. I have recommended MT Fences to others and all my friends are happy too. Thank you so much for having a wonderful company and representing the BEST Service and Product

The before & after pictures also show with what great consideration they gave to my beautiful lawn. The woman working with the crew shared she wanted to not walk all over it but was assured by Mr Chavez the lawn would be just fine. As they were working, I tried very hard not to be concerned about the grass because there was tools and bricks and cement everywhere - oh my! In the end, the lawn was as beautiful as when they began the project. I truly appreciated that. Pricing was amazing and the final quote did not change a cent from the original (except by me as I subtracted one element from the original quote). The crew was friendly & worked diligently. They finished and left my yard beautiful! I was able to pay the invoice on PayPal and within hours of the work being completed. I appreciate the responsiveness of my request to send the invoice ASAP because I absolutely wanted to pay them ASAP. Thoroughly satisfied and highly recommend. Will be using them for other hardscaping projects in the near future. Thanks Chavez Landscaping!

Precision Landscaping installed a sprinkler system in our new home because they worked with our…read morecontractor (we didn't pick them). One of the sprinklers was spraying directly at our window, we called to have them adjust it, 2 weeks later we had to call our contractor to get the Precision guys to come out. It took them 2.5 weeks to come out for a 2 minute adjustment. Fast forward to 1 year later we had 7 trees we wanted to plant. I called them for a quote. $30/tree. Not bad and they knew where the sprinkler system was so we told them we wanted them to come out. They ignored my text/phone call for 1 week, texted 1 week later saying to "give them 1-2 days, they would have the trees installed" 1 week later I still haven't heard from them. Again waiting 2.5 weeks for them to do a job. I'm not saying that they don't do good work, our sprinkler system is fine and works, I'm saying that they probably won't get back to you in a timely manner and that is FRUSTRATING! Thankfully we found another company and our trees look beautiful. I'm not sure if they are so busy that they don't have time for mediocre jobs but all they had to do was call, explain they were busy and put me on the books. They didn't and for that reason I would NOT use them again.

His work ethic, focus on customer service, and attention to detail is why we hired him. From day one he did what he said he would, when he said he would. He is a busy guy but took the time to meet my husband and I at the nursery and spent hours picking the perfect custom water feature for our home. When his work was complete he took great care to clean up the job site including cleaning the driveway, sidewalks, and even the eves and trim of our home. His team treated our home as if it were their own and for this we are so grateful. His landscaping design is both beautiful and functional. Before every time it rained the large flower beds we have in front of our home would completely fill with water and the mulch would be blown all over the side walk and into the yard. Not anymore the day after Mr. Holt finished a huge rain storm came through and the new French drain he installed worked like a charm, the freshly installed mulch stayed put and no more mulch mess. We could not be happier, would recommend his services and will hire him again without hesitation.
