1. i paid for your plumbing work with my bank debit card & also gave your plumber my email address to enable your office to send me an invoice 'paid' confirmation of the final cost & the work that was done, for my records. _____ 2 weeks have since passed, & I needed to remind you I wanted a detailed 'invoice paid confirmation' to keep for my records!!
emails are the modern correspondence convenience of not requiring you to make a trip to the post office for mailing, so my confirmation email ought to have been processed by your office the SAME DAY you received my payment.
2. last Friday my lawn-man came to mow my lawn. a small part of my hedge bushes had to be cut by your plumber to access to the pipework below, which is OK. then some of the remaining pieces in that area appeared to be dying, so i asked him to remove those dying hedge bush pieces. .....to his surprise (& mine, when he showed me) my lawn-man discovered that the majority of the hedge bush pieces that had been cut, had been SHOVED BACK into the ground IN AN UPRIGHT position, giving the Appearance that those pieces were still Growing. Those cut hedge pieces were WORKSITE RUBBISH which should have been TAKEN AWAY By Your Plumber.
* A most deceptive & dishonest practice to say the least.
this is not what you advertise on your website, of 'quality work' ... **Removing your worksite rubbish, i believe, qualifies as part of your work. .....i should not have had to pay someone else to remove your worksite rubbish!! read more
