I am reviewing DLO location at Integris Edmond. I wish I could say this is the only bad experience I have encountered with this company but it isn't. The 1 star rating is given only because wait time was less than 30 minutes. My husband went back for routine bloodwork ordered by his cardiologist. He was in the back for 30 minutes and came out with both arms and a hand bandaged! This is an 86 yr old, 100% disabled veteran. Needless to say he was very upset but nowhere near my level of concern! If you claim to be a working blood drawing lab; Why is there no one that knows how to draw blood on the premises? He was shuffled from person to person, jab after jab! I have taken him for the past 40 years for blood draws and have never experienced such inadequate professionalism!! What happened to "Do NO Harm"? read more

This DLO got me in and out quickly without much pain, literal and figurative. I'm a hard stick. It usually takes two or three times for me to get my blood drawn. The technician here got me on the first stick, like a pro. They were professional and fast. It barely hurt because she moved so fast. read more

If you are going to have a drug test for an employer, do not go to this clinic. They do not test the same as other clinics. They treat you like a criminal; they follow the same procedures as if you were just out of jail and testing the court system. I was told I only had 4 minutes in the bathroom. I am 60 years old, have a clean record, and have never been in trouble with the law. I was denied a bit of water because I could not go to the bathroom. I have had this drug test many times in my life for employers, and I have never been treated the way DLO treated me when it comes to a drug test for an employer. Please go somewhere else, not DLO. On another note, they do not work with you if you don't have insurance, and the billing department is the worst. years ago, I was sent to collections for 45 dollars for lab work, and they told me they would write it off. These folks waaaay overcharge. You pay once, then they come back with additional charges, not once, but twice. I only had them do blood work for my thyroid, and they charged my insurance company over $1000 dollars! I paid up front what they told me would be my part, and then they came back and charged me an additional $80! The lady that I spoke with actually hung up on me when I called their office. DO NOT GET YOUR LABWORK DONE HERE. I didn't know any better my doctor sent me there for labs. Inflexible hours, long waits. The employees were ok but my real problem is with the billing. They refused to bill my insurance sticking me with the full amount and wouldn't help at all. I spent many phone calls going in circles and getting no answers at all. I thought this was just the state of medical care these days until I started going to a different lab and it was night and day. The new lab told me day of visit how much was covered and how much was out of pocket even following up with letters explaining further details without even asking. I never owed more than 20$ out of pocket at the new lab but somehow according to DLO I accumulated over 500$ in debt to them in one visit and turned me over for collections while I was trying to sort it out with insurance. I have not mentioned any other companies by name in hopes my review won't be taken down. This is honestly my story and it was a nightmare dealing with deliberately complex billing that I feel are designed to take advantage of unwitting patients. Only after a completely different experience at another lab did I realize how crazy the situation was or how bad I got screwed. AVOID DLO read more
