They barely respond and will not tell me what their insurance policy is since my package never arrived. A $650 USD package LOST. They never reached out to me to keep me updated, barely responded when I reached out, and haven't been helpful in the slightest. BE VERY CAREFUL, do not ship with them! A gentleman came over to our room the next morning, measured the pots and gave us an estimate for Fedex shipping. After we agreed on the price, Claudia come over to collect the credit card payment and then took the pots with her for packing and shipping. We received them in the US a week later (we selected standard shipping) in excellent condition. The packing effort was superb with multiple layers of shredded newspaper, bubblewrap, starch peanuts with masonite sheets to protect the FedEx cardboard boxes. I would highly recommend them based on this one experience.
