She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my realtor's and I satisfaction. Promptly returned calls and e-mails. Seemed very honest and was just great to deal with. Made the process easy. Dean- Great guy, with greater taste. He helped me pick and choose interior things, and as a single dude with less-than-fancy eye for things, he helped me choose the right things. In the first walk through, he was showing me and my friends all the rooms, and even took care of a bad piece of stud that we caught. Tell him to get his butt back in the gym, cuz I haven't seen him there in a while! Construction Supervisor- I forgot this gentleman's name, but when I suspected a leaking roof, he brought his team and took their time to fully, and properly inspect it. It turned out to be a stain of some sort. But what a relief! Thanks to your hard working employees. Rachel- You have the best person for the job in the warranty and service department. Really easy to deal with, always returned my e-mails in a decent time. Took my concerns very seriously and made sure the work was done. Followed up with repairs, and genuinely seemed like she cared. Informative when I did the walk around. When these concerns are dealt with seriously, you feel peace-of-mind. Garret- Cool dude that did the smaller repairs. Always on time! Friendly. Thanks man! Please give all your employees raises. Cheers! Eduardo Miller

They are a terrible builder please do not ever buy a home from this builder you will be so sorry you did. I purchased a new home from Vanity Homes in NE Calgary and it is very low cheap quality. Everything looks nice in the show-home but when they build your house they use poor quality products. The builder made many mistakes during the construction of my new house. One day I went to their office in Calgary to complain about all the problems with my new house and I saw a guy sitting on the sofa in the receptionist area hold his head and crying. He was saying Vanity Homes toke advantage of him and his family. He said they toke his money and then built a very low quality house with many mistakes. I have actually talked with many people that have similar stories about problems with this builder. I am going to take full action and I encourage everyone else to do the same until this builder starts to take responsibility and fix their mistakes. Please take my advice do not buy from Vanity Homes in Calgary or Airdrie or anywhere they are trying to build houses. They will take your money, waste your time, and not respond back to any of your messages or complaints.
