Nick is ALWAYS on time to pick us up at home and bring us back from the airport. He is a great driver and it is nice to be able to relax in the back seat and not stress over Dallas traffic. Nick is less than Uber and you always know you are getting personal service. No guessing about the size of the car if you have a lot of luggage. He has Town Cars and SUVs. We would not consider using any one else to get us to DFW or Love Field

So I decided to call Plano Discount Taxi the day before to arrange transportation for 5 am pick up the next day. At 10 min before 5, I decided to call just to make sure the driver is on the way. Arnold (the owner) said he was about 5 minutes away. He was slightly earlier than our agreed pick up. I arranged pick up from the airport with him for when I came back, and about 10 minutes before the arrival time of the plane, I got a text from him letting me know that he is in the airport and to just let him know when I walk out. So I did. It was great service. I worried about meeting flight times, etc, and with Plano Discount Taxi, I didn't have to. He was on time and even slightly early. They emailed us to confirm our reservation and they called us the day before to let us know who was going to pick us up and what time they would be here. They were right on time to take us to the airport. Their vehicle, a suburban, was very nice and clean and the driver was professional. For the return trip, we texted them our flight information, like they requested just before we boarded the plane. We texted the driver when we landed and he said to text when we got our bags and he would be waiting. Once again, their vehicle was very nice and clean. The driver loaded our bags and delivered us safely home. We will definitely use them again in the future.

The dispatcher was very nice and immediately sent a driver. They were unable to send a cab so they sent a town car. The driver was very nice and got us to the airport on time. Since they had no cabs and had to send a town car, they charged us the same rate as the cab!

Hurrah, Yellow Rose Ride saved the day!…read more After a long, grueling flight (seriously, those seats are built for who - surely, not normally sized humans), and dragging my half-ton of shoes and clothes for a 4-day visit behind me, wadded into a Samsonite that remarkably was up to the task, I arrived at limo pick up. Despite a few less-than-kind messages left by me for my long-suffering driver Amir during the search, the limo and I found each other at Dallas Love Airport (where apparently signage is considered for the weak ...). Forty-five minutes later, Amir (yay Amir), no doubt terrified into silence by my rantings and ravings about the state of air travel today (definitely NOT glamorous) delivered me to my destination, handed me my luggage, and still smiling (no doubt with triumph at having survived ... well ... me) left.
