Absolutely discussed with harveys. I've waited 14 weeks for my white corner settee to be delivered,…read moreI've had four different delivery dates all cancelled and rearranged. Finally the settee came the day before yesterday and its cream not even close to white. I went into the store I bought it from and the tried saying that under the shop lights they look different colours, good one I'm a painter and decorater by trade I can tell the diffrence between white and cream. After a day of argueeing they have admitted that the man in store assumed that it was white. So now I ask for my money back, they tell me they can't refund the money entill they pick the sofa back up and then it could take 14 day for me to receive my refund. So they arranged a pick up date for next week but I'm on holidays for two weeks so it looks like I'm gonna be waiting 6 weeks for my refund. I ordered this sofa on the 8th of may and it's the 11th of August today by the time I get my refund and order a new settee Im not gonna have a settee entill next year. Harveys are a joke stay well clear.
