Afterwards, he checked in with my husband and provided him with a fairly reasonable cost estimate - comparable to other companies. Triad Cleaning Services performed our move-in cleaning with carpet cleaning on 6/13. They spent a long time there but did an AMAZING and THOROUGH job! The previous homeowner left the home unclean with some mystery gunk on the stove top, a bunch of sticky residue on the floors and carpets that looked trampled over. After James' team worked their magic, the house looks and smells great! They were earnest and hard working, eager to do a good job and it was evident. I told James I wanted to remove the threat to my shed, but do as little damage possible to the tree. He agreed & explained how he'd trim in a way that would allow the branches to keep growing without damaging the shed. Other people tried to rip me off by claiming they'd have to cut WAY more than necessary, just so they could charge more. James, Emily & their son JJ did the job today. It took about an hour & was exactly as we discussed. And, aside from the fact that the shed roof is now visible lol, you'd never even know they were here. They hauled away all the cut limbs & didn't even leave tracks from backing the truck/trailer into my yard!
