Miserable experience with this sub-contractor. Supplied him with the make/model of each appliance…read moreand none of the cabinets installed would fit the appliances. Only the vent hood couldn't be modified as it was 1 1/2" too small. I told him he needed to remake the hood and he said if he supplied a different vent that fit would that be satisfactory. I said yes. He dropped off a vent liner and motor which I installed then he charged me for the vent liner. They started the cabinet install in May and didn't finish until September. I also ordered a grey bath vanity and when it was delivered it had the same finish on the vanity as the kitchen cabinets so it had to be painted on site. Of course, to him, it was always someone the fault of someone else.

I was of the opinion that a smaller tile store wouldn't have enough options for me. I was wrong! As soon as I walked in, the owner Jeff greeted me and truly took an interest in me. He asked all the right questions to get an idea of the style of the home, our price range, etc. Jeff then proceeds to walk over and pulls this porcelain marble off the shelf. He brings it over and says "What do you think?" and he described the tile to me in detail. He then proceeded to put additional details with the tile and within 30 minutes of walking in the store, I had my tile picked out for my Master and Guest Showers! All I can say is anyone that is building or remodeling a home knows that picking out tile is probably the hardest part of the project. I was under a time constriction and they worked with me on my timing and my repair. The quality of the work was very good and I recommended them to my neighbor who also had damage.
